It went very well! The technicion was very professional and courteous! He took the time to explain his process and the results I could expect. I am very pleased.

They were courteous, thorough, and identified what bugs I had and where they were coming from. I was very satisfied with the work. It was also very easy to get them to come and they were exactly on time.

The tech was on time he did inspection on my crawl space and spray the pest control outdoor. I am not so sure if he did spray everything in the house permiter as he was very quick and he just consume one round of that spray. He also mentioned that the Bed Bug Detector they have removed because that detector is not working. They should have not offered it in the first place and informed me ahead of time. Instead i was informed from the time of service and i feel that is a shady type of business. Update: 7/14/2014 Provider contact me and wants to make things right. Assigned a new tech to provide me with the Beg Bug Detector and offered to do the in house perimeter correctly last Saturday 7/12/2014. Gave me a print out of what was done. For $19 you cant have better customer support than that. Good job for providing customer support and making customer happy.

No details --other than Green Pest advertises in Monmouth County directories - but do not support/serve customers in Monmouth County. They should remove their name from these listings to prevent wasted effort on those looking for a provider.

It was okay. It wasn’t much as I thought it would be. It stayed in budget. The guy was very nice. He did ask some questions about if we are having both type of problem which we do not or any type of both problem which we do not have. He gave us a packet that shows different price packages to get what we want to have any type of service done going forward. I just thought he was going to spray within the home but that wasn’t the case. He didn’t make that clear but it was worth it and it was okay. He was good.

They were friendly, professional, and effective. They also gave us a reasonable estimate for termite treatment. We would definitely use them again.

The sales staff is wonderful. I really appreciated Jonathan and the ants have disappeared. So they did their job right. It was $250 for the first quarter and the initial treatment and then it is going to be $150 a quarter thereafter. That is for two neighboring properties, I have two properties that are next to each other. There is nothing that I think they could have done better. I am definitely happy with them.

i had previously given a lackluster review because I wasnt satisfied with some of the administrative practices of the company (inconsistent scheduling, automatic renewal policy) HOWEVER, since then they have proven to me that they are 100 percent dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I was offered two free services in order to show me that the events that led to my unhappiness were not representative of the company. They were diligent in their scheduling procedure and followed through on their promises. Frank, the technician was friendly and attentive. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all customer concerns are met.

Dennis showed up on time and did what he promised to do. He is personable and professional. I have entered into an annual pest service contract with them.

First, i had several questions about the proposal and only made matters worse by having to go out of town for a few days and then taking a few more to get back on track. Dennis was non-plussed throughout and answered all my questions, sometimes more than once I suppose, and even offered some additional service gratis. finally (hooray) I received my first senior discount! what a treat, I think. On the day of the service, William showed up just as scheduled and told me what he would do and in what order, "so that he wouldn't disturb me in the house" (as if I cared), which was very thoughtful. Each time I peeked he was steadily working, not stopping even when I offered coffee, water, something to eat. He was very polite and even agreed to remove dead mice from the basement crawl space, a service that was not in the contract. what a relief to me. dead or alive. . .mice are not my thing. just before William left i showed him a paper on which I had taped some bugs I had recently seen, two of which i was afraid might be ticks. He wasn't certain but spent the time to call a friend/co-worker to describe them. As I think of it now, that was so inconsiderate of me. William probably spent another 15 minutes trying to get me information. I should have tried google or another way to get an answer Needless to say, I am most impressed with both Dennis and William, and I will certainly refer Green Pest Solutions if the situation presents itself.

They are excellent! Their response time was within 24 hours which was terrific because I have been on vacation since Saturday. I did not call them until late Wednesday and they came out Thursday morning. The response time was great. That was important because I did not want to go home after a week and not have it taken care of and then see a bunch of carpenter ants running around my kitchen floor. They are always great. The response time is terrific! Their customer service as far as my needs and letting me know every thing I needed. A guy named Wes was excellent. I highly recommend them. Their knowledge stands out and they explained what I needed over the phone, and they knew exactly what they needed to do when they came out.

Contractor was on time polite and not pushy.

I was going crazy with the flies and would have paid for a service. Very honest and ethical to advise me that this was not a situation requiring professional services. I would not hesitate to use this company for any future problem.

it was almost a year ago and I don't rmember much, but I do remember the technician was flexible and helped us address a problem we were having and we were glad we had hired them

I felt like they were awesome. They came out, they were very honest. We suspected there was termites. They couldn't fine any signs. They did say, however, there was a lot of ants, which is true. He said that is a feeding source for them. He said, there could be but we can't be sure. We did go ahead and have traps put out and they were great. I think they were very honest and did a good job. I would absolutely recommend them. There was no high sales pressure. They have been out and everything has been great. I thought the experience was great.

It was ok. They came and inspected. They were on time. There were no problems.

We received the temite inspection. and initial spraying. They wanted us to sign for the yearly contract, but the price was very high.

Dennis ( who did the job) was SUPERB, very professional, and really did his job well. ( he didn't try to upsell us either.) Dennis knew alot about his field, and shared some important information with us too. We really appreciated his high quality service; he represented his company extremely well. It exceeded all our expectations and as a result we are preparing to contract with Green Pest for future work.

Problem has not been resolved completely, however that is not the result of anything they did or didn't do. I think it may take more than one application to arrest the problem.

The overall experience was great. They did a full inspection of my home and talked through their process and the products they use. Even my neighbor was impressed!

I didn?t realize the deal was for new customers only. They responded promptly and were very polite. I have used them in the past and liked them well enough I had the work done at full price.

The company as a whole was very responsive, easy to make an appointment. The tech was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use again/recommend.

I got it for a termite inspection. He also did a treatment for pests around the house. He left me paperwork about the other services available. He was very nice and not pushy at all. He was on time and took care of everything. He took the time to explain everything to me. I was very pleased.

I use them every month. They are fine. I don't have any bugs inside my house and they must be doing something. I would continue to use them.
