We have feral cats and therefore fleas. I had called other pest services and another thought it something entirely different. I was confused because my cats are on 'monthly' treatments of Frontline and I thought 'How can I possible have fleas' Wes helped me to understand what was happening and was proved totally correct. The first treatment it was wonderful and I was almost flea free for about 5 days. Then I walked to my front steps and it was infested again. The cats were sleeping under there. They came back and applied again, no charge, no complaints and within less than a day of my call. The technician who has been to my house is exceptional, he tells me all he is doing and shares other information I need to know. Courteous and thoughtful

They came out for an inspection, sprayed and left some sticky traps. The service was great. I signed up with them for an annual treatment.

The service didn't cost me anything. My experience has been excellent. They deliver on what they say they're going to deliver. They show up when they say they're going to show up. They perform the work meticulously and professionally.

Very nice people, they were hopeful to accommodate my needs. I did not end up buying the property they would have treated, but if I buy a different one in the future, I will reach out to them.

Not much to tell since we did not have an ongoing pest problem. It was comforting to know that no evidence of termites were found. We will certainly call Green Pest Solutions in the future if needed. In addition to the house inspection, he gave us "bed bug traps" to put under our mattresses. Perish the thought! Even the mention of bed bugs makes me squirm. As expected, we slept tight without a bed bug bite.

They came out and stated they only control outside pests not roaches and to request a refund since they didn't put the solution at all. They said they would agree the refund.

Found termite activity outside and treated. Sprayed around house to prevent ants, crickets, spiders, and mice. Saw a huge reduction in ants and spiders. We didn't have mice. Professional and explained what they were doing and looking for and the treatment did what it was supposed to do.

GPS is truly a great example of a local business that values the customer as much as the customer values the service being performed. Adam, the GM, came out to our home - which we moved into about 3 months ago - and performed a detailed termite inspection. He was on time, very courteous & professional (even wore protective shoe "booties" into the house to prevent tracking dirt), and explained in great detail the service to be performed, the experience of his staff, and the insurance in place for his crew. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service technician, William, who was also on time, completed the work in a a professional manner, and was very pleasant to chat with! Also decided to purchase a quarterly pest control contract as our house is older (100+ years) and tends to let in some pests. Definitely recommend GPS.

On time, friendly, and helpful regarding warning signs for insect issues. No further service was necessary but I would use GPS in the future should any problems arise. Thanks!

Representative was wonderful, agreed that he could not provide services I needed and suggested that I ask for refund.

Last year we had a big problem with crickets which prompted this purchase. Green Pest Solutions scheduled fairly quickly and showed up on time when they promised. They sprayed the exterior of the house but did not leave bed bug detectors like the Big Deal listed. The pest control must have worked because we haven't had any crickets in the house at all so far.

That turned out great and everything went out well. One technician came out and did an assessment to see if there were any issues. My husband was here when he did the service. He followed up really well and they did what they said they were going to do.

The guy who came out was excellent. He was early, but called first. Very knowledgable and everyone always stresses to call with any questions or needs. Competitive price too.

Ordered through AL deal to serve as a "start of summer treatment". Service was fine although I did not realize that only exterior spraying was included in deal until tech called me en route. Tech was professional and courteous unlike Terminix service I used last summer. Green Pest also provided complimentary bed-bug traps. I would use them again if I had any pest issues and recommend to neighbors.

Dennis came out on time and was very professional, I was very happy with him and how polite & humorous he was. He was very honest and thorough and explained how I was handling the pests was good enough and he didn't need to do any work. Dennis did give me a reasonably priced quote just in case I needed it in the future. He went above and beyond and explained how to treat other pest problems. I will definately use this company again if I need to in the future. I Highly recommend them!!!!

I am very impressed with this company. They followed through to see if I had been reimbursed for the service I paid for but could not use. I didn't realize the services offered in the ad were not what I thought. I never gave this company an F rating. I had no complaints against them. They have been very fair and easy to deal with.

Dennis was very prompt and extremely professional. He was thorough when spraying and did not press us to purchase other items we would not need. I am not entirely clear on how effective the product is or will be. For the first few days we actually saw an increase in the number of ants inside our home. Now, the ants are gone. I am hopeful it will continue!

It was fine. The man was very nice, pleasant, did what he needed to do, and came out on time. It was a good experience and they were also easy to schedule with.

They are not bad. They worked perfectly and they worked for more than what I paid for. They presented to me a project that is worth a thousand dollar which I declined. I did not like that.

We are dealing with a fly problem. There are so many of them, and we've tried Ortho and killed several, but they seem to keep coming back, which is horribly disgusting! So I called Green Pest Solutions hoping that maybe someone could come and take a look and see what's going on. The woman who answered the phone told me they don't actually "do" flies. But she took my name and asked me to hold for a moment. In about 30 seconds, a pest control specialist came on the phone, said the woman had informed him I was dealing with flies, and asked for some details so he could help me over the phone. I described the problem and he took his time to tell me what to look for, and other things we could do to try to get these flies gone for good. He was patient and asked lots of questions, and told me that it wouldn't even be worth my money for them to come out. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the fact that he took his time with me when I wasn't even a paying customer. For that alone, they will have my business in the future if I ever need them for anything else!
