He agreed he came at the right time, the little sacks of spiders had just broken open, He was so curtious, friendly, and diligent about his job. I may switch all my exterminating jobs to them.

They came out and I told them what I wanted. He said the Big Deal for $19.00 would not be enough and said it would be around $125.00 to spray for my ant problem. He was on time and professional and appears to have done a good job. The ants did come back but he stated he was going to make a second visit and spray at no charge to me. I would recommend him to others.

They were great! I would definitely use them again if I had to.

They came out, sprayed a bit, and made some recommendations for other service. There were no issues with scheduling and they were on time. It took a while to book an appointment, but given the price of the deal, I'm guessing they were very busy.

We saw two large American cockroaches (water bugs) over a two-day period and freaked out a little, as we had never seen one in our previous 12 years of living here. The occurrence coincided with an Angie's List offer for Green Pest Solutions, so we made and appointment. The company representative arrived on time, was very professional and seemed thorough. He thought that the cockroaches were an anomaly (there was some street work being done a few blocks away), and didn't find any evidence of other insect issues. He did the perimeter spray around the house as a preventive. He provided us with information about their service contracts, but didn't pressure us in any way.

He wanted to sell me a contract.

They were pretty professional. I used them because I felt more comfortable when I called them. I can always reach a person and they always call back. I know their price is relatively high but I feel that if I have a problem that I can go back to them. That's why I picked them even though their price was higher. The salesperson actually came back a second time just to go over details before I committed to the work. They scheduled the treatment the next day after I signed the contract so they were a pretty efficient company.

I expected them to do a bit more than just spray around the house, and I was hoping to receive some insight into rodent control as well. Aside from this, the technician showed on time, was courteous and friendly, and did the treatment as expected.

Serviceman was very attentive and receptive. Placed plenty of mouse traps in my house and traps in my yard to deter the mice from entering. He sealed up possible entryways and alerted me to any problem areas.

The representative was punctual and very fast--so fast that I ran out for coffee and missed him! He put 4 or so mousetraps in the basement, sprayed around the front and back entryways of the house as well as the sliding door in the kitchen, and left these little clear plastic "bed bug detectors." I found a cockroach legs up outside in the front of the house and like to think it was destroyed by my barrier.

the provider was very professional and called earlier to see if I was open to an earlier time as he had some cancellations. He arrived at the earlier time, which was more convenient for both of us. he proceeded as explained and left when finished. It started to rain very hard about 2 minutes after he left, so I sent an email to see if there was something that was needed to be done in this situation. My call was promptly returned anr a repeat spraying is in the works.

Serviceman arrived early and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what he would do, and then afterward we discussed the services they offered on a continuing basis. I was very pleased with his professionalism, experience and advice. He answered all my questions, and will indeed use them again. I was 100% satisfied.

It was a good experience. Actually, I have been looking to probably use them again ever since. When they came, they just did a thorough job. They did a little more than they promised. Their workers were really cordial and easy to work with. It is a little pricey, but their service is very good. I did not mind paying the price, but they are probably a little more than some companies out there. The only reason I would not use them would just be the price point, but their service was worth it.

The service went well. I ended up signing a quarterly contract with them. I can call them anytime I need as well. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and great at what they do. They have been able to get rid of the pests and I have not had able problem them out for services.

They said everything looked fine and eased our minds. I inquired about regular service, but the price for annual contracts was pricey ($500-$600/year). I didn't have any problems with the provider though.

Every person I spoke to was friendly, courteous and provided good information. A specialist explained the course for ridding ants form our home and deterring their return. The apportionment was scheduled for the day after I called. The technician called in the morning to see if that time was still good an offered me an earlier time if it suited my schedule to which agreed. He arrived promptly, introduced himself and was very professional. When he entered our house he wore booties to protect our floors. He examined the situation and through questioning determined the best course of action. He said it would take 7 - 10 days for he ants to disappear and they seemed to be done in just about 2 days. They do encourage you to take a full year of service. The initial service was $185 and then they come 3 more time a year for $109 each. They spray for ants, spiders and some other tings I can't recall around the perimeter of the house.

Really great service! I scheduled the appointment for noon, they showed up early and called before hand. The exterminator was great, completed a very thorough inspection of the home before proceeding with services. Took the time to explain everything he was doing and why it was important. The exterminator who came to my home was Frank and I would definitely use the service again.

Very professional & polite. We bought the "big deal" for $19 for pest control, but realized we really wanted a more comprehensive approach to pest control once the man came. We opted to go for the annual contract, not just a one time treatment, since our issues are extensive. I didn't feel like he was pushing me to do the contract, he would have been happy just to do the the $19 service. I feel like we really got our money's worth. The bugs have been greatly reduced since his visit.

Dan arrived promptly, introduced himself and asked how long we had lived in the house and whether we have any specific issues we wanted addressed. I mentioned to him that the only major ongoing problem we've had over the years is periodic mouse-visitations, infrequent ant invasions and seasonal centipede occurrences in or around the basement...the mouse-issue being the most prevalent since we live in Bucks County. He explained that controlling mice is difficult and found evidence of mouse activity but didn't know how recent it was. He gave us itemized quotes for their pest, termite and mosquito control service plans. I chose to only have him do his basic introductory service at this time but told him I would look over the information he provided and consider it for any future requirements. Dan then set 3 spring-traps in areas of the garage where possible mouse-activity was evident and told me to check them occasionally. He then sprayed their solution around the exterior perimeter of the house. He found no evidence of termite damage either outside or inside the house (luckily!). I asked him about the bed-bug detectors that were part of the Angie's List ad but he mentioned that they were back-ordered at the moment but he would be happy to send them to me once they're available. After I asked him if we could have bed-bugs without being bitten by them, he replied that it was unlikely and that if we had bed-bugs, we would have bites. Since we weren't having a problem waking-up with bites, I mentioned that I don't think we'd need the bed-bug detectors. In general, the visit was informative, Dan was very pleasant, performed the service in a timely fashion, pointed out a few possible mouse-entry points for me to seal and left after telling me to contact him if we discover any major issues we want addressed. Very satisfied with my $19 investment so far and curious to see if it reduces any of the critters we occasionally find inside the house.

Upon arrival, the technician asked me what my main concern was and I replied that it was field mice. He replied that this special does not cover mice. If we wanted to control mice then we would need to purchase additional services/packages at additional cost. He then sprayed bug juice around the perimeter of the house. He also made a quick inspection of my basement and put down a couple glue traps. He then wrote up contract estimates for quarterly/annual treatments. I should have known there was something wrong when all advertised services were being offered at such a low price. It strikes me as the old bait and switch game.
