Quoted removal of wasps nests over the phone. Price seemed very fair for two large nests. They showed up as expected and on time for my appt. Took care of everything and no problems since.

My expereince went really well. The technician was super friendly and on time for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable when it came to any of my questions. He was prompt and got right to work. I liked that he was not pushy about his services and just left me information for the future.

It was no fault of the company. They kept trying to get in touch with me to set it up. I recommend them highly for their customer service and persistance.

It went very well. They came while I was at work. Liked that I did not have to be at home for this outside work. I had lots of crickets and spiders. In a couple of days no spiders, spiders webs, or crickets. Did the spraying because of the spiders. I do not like spiders and had to many by the front door and was constantly getting rid of the spider webs.

I am very impressed with Green Pest. They contacted me the same day that I purchased the deal. While the services I wanted were not a part of the deal, they offered to apply the deal purchase to the service I wanted. Wes explained the services and made great recommendations. The pest technician came out today and my daughter said he did a thorough job and had a sense of humor. I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of Green Pest and will use them in the future.

Performed the work adequately but was hoping for more explanation of was taking place and how effective the treatment might be.

I had an ant problem and they took care of it. They come out three times a year to maintain and I have been very pleased so far. They actually treat outside, which I really liked. I would recommend them to others.

The phone conversation went fine.

Simply perfect. The gentleman arrived right on time (I even told him he could not be anymore punctual) on scheduled day, perform his service, educated me a bit about bugs' life cycle and how his treatment helps and finally left without any attempt of up-selling or otherwise wasting my time.

It went smoothly, no complaints. Very professional. Actual noticed in second floor drywall that it had gotten wet (bad window install) and there was termite tubes and signs of damage but NO LIVE BUGS. And furthermore, no termites in the basement either. Their policy is great. I can't speak highly enough about this company, you should contact them yourself to hear about all they will offer you. I was blown away especially after such a botched job from Termites R Us.

The service were effective and a good deal. They met my immediate needs. The insect population has been reduced to an extent I am comfortable with. It is helpful to have greater clarity on the problem areas in my house. In general, I do not like to use insecticides very often, in fact very rarely, so I am not sure that I will ever call them back, but it is good to know they are available if future significant problems warrant further action.

technician was on time (actually a little early), spent time talking with us to understand the concerns we had and the specific pest issues we were having and provided treatments mentioned above. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Provided detailed costs if we wanted additional services, BUT DID NOT PRESSURE US AT ALL. Outstanding value for this service.

When I had activity in the traps they came out right away and did an inspection. Very good service. I have had 3 other companies and this one is by far the best.

He was very professional and I would call him back for future pest issues. He checked the premises and sprayed the area. He also provided information for additional service if I needed the service at a later date.

Steve contacted me to come earlier than the service appointment and arrived when he said he would. Once he arrived, he explained what he would do in terms of rodent control as the result of a mouse problem. Steve handed me a contract which was not what was explained by the salesperson I had spoken with on 10/8/14. The salesman informed me that the total cost of having someone come out this day to seal off any areas and set up any traps for the mice would be $187. He mentioned that it would cost $109 every month thereafter for maintenance. Once Steve arrived, the contract he provided me was to pay a total of approx. $547 for the cost of this visit plus a year of maintenance. I declined. Steve was very professional and helpful in explaining the company policy and service to be expected, however I declined the service as I was not prepared or willing to pay that much money. The salesman I spoke with did not fully explain the details of the service or the cost. This was a total waste of our time. The salesman gave me a very specific amount to pay and informed me I could pay the amount by check this day. This was all a lie. I will never contact this company again and have no idea how they have the high ratings they do on this site.

They were really good, they were really nice and knowledgeable and were very patient and not in a rush. They came out right away and they always call first. Their price is reasonable and they didn't come unprepared.

.We had a great experience with Green Pest Solutions. The first visit didn't go smoothly, so when GPS found out about that, they made it right, came out the next day, set new traps and bait boxes for the mouse problem we have in our apartment (it's really a building problem). They helped to eliminate all points of entry, limited all potential food sources for the mice down to their traps and bait, and will follow up with us in about 4 weeks. Green Pest uses the elimination method in addition to the best traps, they use bait boxes and glue boxes/paper but they will only use the types of traps and bait that you are comfortable having in your home. We have a dog and dog sit for another dog regularly so we often have two small dogs in the apartment, and the technician was very sensitive to that and put traps and bait in places where the dogs can't get to it. We caught some mice in their traps already and the bait boxes from the first visit were empty, so a bunch more must have been poisoned. They also include insects and other pests in their service agreement, so when we have ants in the spring and summer, we'll be calling them back for help with that! All in all, we would recommend Green Pest Solutions because they work with you to suit your needs and fix your problems!

Very good job. Will return every three months to treat the entire house for about $100. Can stop it anytime. Did help keep out the stink bugs too.

Outside the house there are a lot of spiders, and I think the spray is a small amount, so they did not die.

It went very well. They were very good. The quality was very good.
