Jermaine was prompt and on time. He was very professional, and friendly. He confirmed I was having a problem with ants. He also asked if he could take a look at the area where I was seeing the ants inside my home. He asked several questions to get a good idea of where I was seeing the ants. He sprayed the outside of my home. He left me a service note as to how long I should allow for the spray to work. He also said to let them know if the problem persists after the allotted days. This is the second time I have used Green Pest Solutions and should I continue or have other pests problems in the future I will not hesitate to contact them again.

This was great. He was a very nice guy. He was professional and thorough and pleasant.

There was some kind of miscommunication for the initial service. This issue was quickly fixed! Fantastic customer service! Jermaine showed up in the window we were given. He inspected our property, answered all questions I had, and gave me a detailed description about the service he was providing. He was even nice enough to give my dog some treats as a peace offering. :) By the next day there was a significant reduction in the amount of ants we had, and within two weeks they had disappeared completely. We signed on for a year-long contract with Green Pest Solutions, and so far I'm very happy with the services they provided.

They came out and sprayed around the house and in the kitchen. However, that initial service didn't do the trick so I called them back a few days later and another technician came out and put some type of gel and that worked great.

I wanted a check up for a newly purchased house, which they performed. Job nicely done.

The service was performed in a timely and professional manner. The effectiveness of the treatment is questionable - certainly not sufficient to apply to just one house on the street

I did find them on Angie’s List. It was guaranteed that if all the pests weren’t gone they would come back again. They were very prompt. The fellow came in and did what he needed to do. I think I paid a little bit of extra money to have them walk around the property to make sure there was nothing else needed to be done. I was very satisfied with them.

They helped me understand the logic behind what they were setting up. The price was great. I have never had any pest problems since then. I actually signed up a contract with them.

The service went fine. They showed up and did their thing. We only had them come out the one time for the Big Deal and we did not have any issues with it. It took several months to schedule after the purchase of the Big Deal, but that was by my choice because I did not want to do it in the winter weather. In fact, we actually went past the lifted expiration, but they honored it anyway. They did everything for the $19 Big Deal. We were happy with the work. We have no issues with it. They showed up exactly on time. I was not home when he actually came, however, my dealings with them on the phone, they were very professional.

It has been great. They've come back multiple times to make sure that we don't get mice. My husband hired them to come. I don't know if its quarterly or what. He must have been fine with the service or he wouldn't have hired them. I didn't meet him. My husband did, but again, he was very positive about the man that he was professional and did the job well. We haven't had any problems since.
