I purchased an Angie's List deal and within 24 hours was contacted by the service provider. It was easy to find a time that worked for me within the following week. The provider arrived called to say he would be early. He performed the service quickly and responded to my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided.

He explained what the problem was and where the ants were getting in. Because they were showing up on the kitchen counter he was very careful with the product he used and where it was applied, especially in the kitchen. He explained that they have to take this back to their habitat and hopefully this will kill them off. There was a chance that this might not happen and in that case he'll take stronger measures. Give it two weeks , and if at that time you still see ants, call him back. After about 2 or 3 days there were fewer ants appearing and they have since been gone. I did see one or two the other day and they appeared to be very weak. Since then I have not seen any.

Showed up on time and sprayed the exterior of the house. All went well.

Went well I was please that they offer monthly payment plan.

Dennis came to my Philadelphia rowhome to perform the basic pest control service. He was very professional and informative, answering all of the questions I had about the issues I had going on with bug issues. I appreciated the shoe covering since I do not allow shoes inside the house and I never had anyone coming to the house to provide services do that before. I hope the work provides some positive results. The only recommendation to the company is to provide a courtesy call to let the customers know when the provider will be arriving (when s/he confirms the schedule for the day or something). The 2-hour window time is rather long to sit and wait for not knowing whether someone will show up at 2pm or 3:45pm.

The person was very young and definitely was not into it. Not that I wanted more sales, but he did not kind of really sell the product any more than what he came to do and left. The price was good. It was excellent. The quality of the service seems good. They called me ten minutes after I bought the Deal. He was right here when he was supposed to be.

The technician told us it would be a couple days before all was totally clear. Well it was less than that. Very happy with the service and for the price ... Excellent!

The provider did an excellent job, he was thorough and checked all areas without rushing. He explained what he was looking for while checking and did not try to pressure me into spending extra money for additional services that weren't needed. I would definitely use them again based on my experience.

GreenPest Solutions is a great company. I love the customer service and every person who came to our house was courteous and punctual. The reason I cancelled my contract is because the problem was not resolved. Whenever I called, a technician came out and set traps. At first I thought they would also remove the traps but they don't so I had to remove them myself and learned to deal with that. The problem is I have a mouse infestation and I'm frustrated that apparently nothing can be done about it. I don't mind spending the money if it in fact takes care of the problem but in this case it did not. Having an infestation is both disgusting and embarrassing, but taking the steps to remove it with no success is just frustrating. We do live in a row home and I am aware the complications that can present as you can't do anything about your neighbors. When I asked GPS if this is a problem I have to learn to live with they assured me that I do not. Which was a relief, but some eighteen plus months later, I'm still living with it. I figured rather than pay $97 quarterly to have someone come out and set snap traps I might as well buy my own and set them. Either way the problem persists but I'm not almost $400 poorer as a result. Trust, I wish there was a solution and I wish that Green Pest could provide it but so far, not so good. I'm sure others who live in unattached houses have better success but for now, our search for pest control continues.

Appointment setup was seamless. Salesman was very good and prompt after scheduling appointment. The technician was on time, friendly & very professional.

They were very good in every way but I guess I didn't really realize what I was buying and what I was getting for it. He was here for 2 minutes. It just seemed like I could have done that myself. I would only use them if I better understood the product I was buying. You really have to talk to them and understand what they're giving you. All the guy did was walk around. He could have explained the coupon better to me.

The company never bothered to respond - neither to the purchase of the Big Deal nor to the follow up email. Angi's refunded the money

I got a Groupon for initial inspection and treatment. Figured I'd get pressured to get a termite contract or something but the guy was lovely and helpful. He treated the house perimeter to keep pests out, treated the basement, and completely solved our persistent kitchen ant problem. Hope to never need them again, but would use them if needed.
