I am Amazed that after only 24 hours i haven't had to kill an ant or Spider nor hear my wife our daughters complain about them. they were prompt for our service appointment and unlike others that i called the same day, they answered the phone, listened to my issue and quoted me right there. there pricing was on par or better than the other 4 providers i called, who called me back over 2 days. i highly recommend them

The technician took the time to explain their services well. We have a small child in the home so I was concerned about these treatments. He offered to spray inside for the ants and box elder bugs, which I declined. The box elder bugs took over our house inside and out this spring. They are gone from the inside but they are still outside in very large numbers. We did purchase annual service which includes emergency call outs if needed, so I will be calling soon for another outside spray. $212 is the initial quarterly fee. The price goes down for the rest of the quarters, but I forget by how much.

These guys are amazing. They are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They had to come out twice to resolve our issues, with no questions asked. They took care of us quickly, neatly and with great respect and knowledge about their products and how they would affect both the ants and our family. Will be using these guys over and over if we have issues again

There wasn’t anything wrong with the person. I called specifically asking about this one bug I saw and I sent them pictures. They were good on the front-end, but then when they got there, the guy said that this was the only spray I got and I do not have anything specialized for those bugs. It did go away though. So, it was fine. I did not feel confident at all when he got there and he was not super helpful. The price was good. The people on the phone were incredibly responsive. The guy that came out was late.

It was fine and it was very quick. I had an exterminating company come in. They gave me feedback and actually explained things to me while these people from Green Pest were just in and out. They just came, did it and left. Price was good. They were there on time.

When I question them about different month Motts they said that wasn't part of the agreement. I would give them an F Service person Dennis was very polite. Girl on the phone before the service was very polite also telling me how much they were going to do what to expect when they got hereWhen I called to complain girl on the phone was very curt to the point and not extremely helpful. I was more or less told I got what I paid for. I would not recommend this companyWhen I mentioned Angie's list guarantees they more or less laughed. As I had the $19 service which doesn't come with a guarantee.

No problems at all. We purchased a coupon the technician applied the product to the outside of the house and made suggestions for seasonal interior and exterior treatments for our climate and common insect problems in the area. The technician was clean and well groomed . I would use this provider again.

We get an influx of ants each spring. Sometimes we can clear them out ourselves. Sometimes we have to call in the big guns. This year, the ants were so ornery that they started crawling on my son's bottles - and that's when I called Green Pest Solutions. They called me back on a Saturday and scheduled the appointment for Tuesday. The tech that came out - Eric - was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns (i.e., wanting to be sure that whatever was used inside the house was safe for both children and pets). He told me I'd see increased activity for a few days, but I didn't - I saw dead ants the first day, a couple of dead ants the second day, and NO ants by day 3. I've never seen someone wipe out an ant colony this quickly and cleanly, especially when they're using products that I felt were safe around my family. We signed up for an annual service contract and I am so glad we did. Thank you, Green Pest Solutions!

Our house is very old, and we are near a wooded area, so we have to be especially vigilant about bugs & critters. After the Big Deal treatment, we noticed there no crickets in the basement. I had put off calling a pest control company because we never seemed to have any serious issues, but our home had never been checked for problems, either. We are glad we signed on for a quarterly preventive treatment, because for us, it's all about prevention. The provider was knowledgeable and respectful, but did not pressure us.

I began using them last year and the ants have not returned. Stuart knows as much about ants as E.O. Wilson. This is NOT a guy with a Ghostbusters cannister on his back - this is a guy who knows varmints. I am an ant aficionado and he knows as much, if not more, than I do about the little buggers. Always on time, always polite and personable as is everyone I have spoken to in the office. Great company. Far better than the one I used previously.

This service is a bit expensive but removes all worry about pests because they will come back any time you see a pest in your home (or you can spend much less for a single service call). They do not rush the job but spend as much time as needed. Just be careful because, like most service people who enter your home, they are not careful with their equipment; we got a big scratch in our floor from the technician plopping his tank down without care. In retrospect we should have asked him to leave the tank outside as they only spray outside.

It was good. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't come out the second time. First time was good. The second time was bad. The work turned out okay. They should show up.

Happy to learn all is well; few bugs are typical for a 100 year old house but no termites.

That was well. They came a week after the purchase. I had a good experience. They were punctual. Their professionalism was good.

It was fine. No additional fees. It was probably a week after I purchased it that they came out. He was a very nice man. I would probably use them in the future but they are a little bit away from my house so I'm not sure.
