They are pretty good. They’ve come out a couples of times when I’ve had problems between visits. They will schedule you right away; they are very good about that. They are very nice. It’s a $117 quarterly and if you have a problem in between they will come back out and they don’t charge. The fact is they don’t give you and argument when tell them you want to do the inside of the house. They are no problem.

Great!!! Sprayed everywhere and technician explained all the procedures and especially what will and will not harm my baby.

He treated the situation and explained how this could happen.

I first heard sounds in my wall ~noon on Christmas Eve day (a Saturday), so I was pleased that I was able to reach someone (Matt) immediately and I made an appointment to get the work done, 9 days later, on Monday, 1/2. However, the price structure was very confusing, especially regarding Angie's List coupons/deals (but listing on AL shows 10% senior discount)) and Matt was unable to clarify. Matt did leave me a voice message on 12/28 that my appointment was cancelled because no staff working on 1/2 (legally observed New Year's Day holiday).

I asked that the provider delete item from his terms and he stated that he could not make any changes to the terms. He also stated that the only way that he could do the work was for me to sign the contract.

Fine. Naim evaluated, treated, put 'traps' down. Sorry. Don't recall cost, not at home to check records.

They arrived on time. The technician that came out was very good, however the office representatives were not very helpful in advising who could patch points of entry areas and were a bit snarky.

Came to house to do Pest Control three times during summer, but still have many bugs in my house.

The third treatment was at the end of August and there have been three other treatments since, the last about three weeks ago. I was not to be in my house during treatments, but the treatments only seemed to last about a half hour, which made me believe they were not doing the whole house. Furthermore, I did not see any evidence of a dust being used. I understand that dust is essential since bedbugs hide from the liquid pesticide. During the last treatment, I stayed on my porch and I asked the exterminator, if he applied the dust. He told me that the dust had been applied before and that it was not necessary, this time. I STILL HAVE BED BUGS! The bed bugs would return immediately after the treatments. I have had my clothes packed in sealed plastic bags as requested and purchased a ZAP BUG heater and have heated any clothes that I have unpacked. I have been living with most of my clothes packed and inaccessible and unable to sleep fully, because of the constant return of bedbugs for the past four months. When I called two weeks ago, I wanted to speak with the consultant or someone in a supervisory capacity to know what will be done differently during the guarantee period, since their methods were not working. Mr. Harple (the consultant) did not return my call. I called the office last week and expressed my concerns. I was told that Mr. Harple is out of the country. I was told that Mr. Harple's manager, Dennis, would return my call, but he has not called back either. I would now like a refund to purchase the service that was recommended to me as being successful.

Let me start by saying that everyone at GreenPest has been very nice, responsive and cordial. We called GreenPest when we weren’t having any luck with humane traps to catch a mouse that had gotten into our house. We had cats in the house for years and they both died the same year so we just never had to deal with a mouse problem. Customer service was very nice and they made me feel good about going with them. They explained that mice can take multiple visits so it was best to get the year contract that also covers a lot of other kinds of pest control except for termites and bed bugs. So we got this plan - it costs $550 + tax so it came out to $594 for the year. I thought it was kind of pricey, at least for our income, but I don’t know, I’m not an expert in pest control cost - it might be comparable to other pest control places, I didn’t check because Angies List A rating made me feel ok about it and I am ok paying more for good service. The first initial visit was set up and the guy who came was super nice and funny. I sincerely liked him - so this isn’t meant as a negative review at all. But we just expected more to be done for an initial visit. He filled a hole with some steel wool and put a couple traps and a poison box in the basement. Albeit, we were uncomfortable with snap traps so he didn’t put too many because of that, but I guess we just expected more of a thorough review of the house, looking around the outside, filling holes, etc. When he left, I just didn’t feel confident that this would work and felt like, what just happened? Again - this was a really nice worker and this is not meant against him at all, just a question about an initial service call. So a week later, the mouse was still around, we called again because - well, honestly, having mice can be really frustrating. So we were just frustrated that the mouse was still there and it just kind of freaked me out. It can be a very freak out-able situation if you never had to to deal with it before and we have kids and animals in the house so we were just worried about keeping things clean. Second visit, they sent Jachua out. He was really great. He looked carefully around the house, investigated possible holes and entrance points, was really strategic in placing out traps and other boxes, he didn’t try to freak me out more than I already was but was honest. He taught me about the patterns of mice and their behavior. He also told me he noticed termite activity in the crawlspace and suggested I look into that too. (I would have had him treat it right then but termites aren’t included in the year plan so I waited.) He told me to wait 2 weeks for a mouse follow up. When he left he made me feel confident that he was going to make sure he takes care of the problem. Of course, I should have listened to him and waited the full two weeks, but again, its just difficult to be patient. So I had called about a week later to talk to customer service about the service, not to complain, but just to have a conversation. The customer service people have all been really great but definitely got little defensive when I questioned the service. I’m sure I am that annoying type of customer because I just want it taken care of quickly (and I understand now, it really does take a little time) but sometimes you just need to get reassurance from a service provider, that’s all. This isn’t a complaint about the customer service person either - just a note to understand that customers don’t always know as much as you do about this type of service. We aren’t always complaining when we call but just need some reassurance that everything is on track. We knew nothing coming into this, so I sometimes need to ask lots of questions over the phone. For instance, he told me the first couple weeks is for monitoring - I didn’t even realize that - and then told me again that mice just take time. Ok - that’s cool - just needed to hear that again and that it was normal for the mice to still be there after 2 weeks. So then, exactly 2 weeks after Jachua’s visit (3 weeks after the first visit), Jachua came back out and found a mouse in one of the traps that was empty last night. So yes, I should have been patient and trusted in that 2 week wait. Hopefully the traps will catch more if there are any. Overall we really did like all the people we dealt with at GreenPest - they are EXTREMELY responsive and available - and they have a computerized invoice system that emails you what they did at each visit which is nice. If this happened again after our year service is up, I don’t think we would buy the year service again, not because its not worth it but just too pricey for our budget. Perhaps just a one time visit to get Jachua to place traps for us. Thank you to everyone at GreenPest.

Excellent job. Very, very responsive. Mike explained the services and plans so I could make a quick decision that I was very comfortable with. Easy to set an appointment. Chuck came and was very personable. He took a good amount of time explaining what he was going to do and helped set my realistic expectations. Thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Can't ask for anything more. I feel very comfortable with the annual plan.

Perfectly. Green Pest was very professional and due to the infestation we needed two treatments, they did the second treatment at no cost. They actually arrived earlier than expected which was a good thing! I would recommend Green Pest to anyone who asks.

Russell Roofing was the only company of more than half a dozen contacted that could provide a solution to keeping squirrels out of our house. They were responsive, showed up on time and finished the work on schedule.

I called, was put on hold, then after 5 minutes on hold, was hung up on. I called back, and was hung up on again. That's enough for me to look elsewhere.

They were okay. They were very courteous and they did my mother-in-law’s house next door as well. So, that was a help for all of us. They were helpful. They did a little more than what I could have done. They did cover a lot of the area I guess more so than I would have.

I've had some moth issues and Dennis called me promptly back and took the time to talk over the issue and suggest solutions. Even though my problem did not need professional help at this point, I'd be sure to call Green Pest Solutions if I ever need one. Very professional and helpful.
