They were very clear about how thorough our prep work needed to be. They came out at the agreed-upon time, performed the services quickly, and we and the cats spent 5 hours out of the house afterwards, per their instructions. The treatment was very effective, and we were able to get on top of the flea problem as a result.

Following the instructions to prepare for and follow up an exterminator visit is A LOT OF WORK. But, if you've ever suffered an infestation of insects, especially the ones that carry diseases, it's well worth it. They came on time, were thorough, and left clear instructions we followed. We had them back out in less than 30 days, because we still had a (reduced) problem, and they guarantee their work. We decided to sign up for quarterly treatments because this problem has been so resistant to resolution.

Treatments were done as promised and it took care of the issue.

They only spayed in certain closets (we had not paid for all closets to be treated, I guess). The visit took under 30 minutes. Then they left traps in those closets. So far there are no moths in those traps. However I have seen a couple of moths flying around so I am worried that the problem has not been taken care of.

Frank came and sprayed the hive after having a different exterminator come 2x for the same hive. Within 48 hours, there is no bee movement at all.

Appointment was made quickly. Technician that performed the service was very punctual, polite, professional, explained what will take place before he sprayed and the expectations for after he sprayed. He sprayed all the lawn nests I knew about & checked for others on the property. Since it could take a week or so to verify it was a success, it is hard to conclude how it went. But I was told that if there is any remaining activity after a week or so, to call them and they will treat again, so I am confident it will be a success. When rating the price above, I gave it a B, as it seemed good but I did not call anyone else to compare it to so not able to know if it was "A" excellent, but I thought price was reasonable.

Everything was well explained what they were going to do and why. They applied the booster treatment, which looked reasonable. Waiting to see the result in years to come. Purchased the General pest control promotion from Angie's List. It looked like they applied a through treatment in spring. However, starting summer we have seen lot's of bugs - in and around the house. Not sure how long the treatment was supposed to last, or how soon I should have retreated.

Jermaine was courteous and professional. He took time to walk through my property with me and ask questions about any concerns I had. I have used other bug services in the past and have been very disappointed in the service and their customer service. Not so with Green Pest I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Once identified, exterminator stated problem would resolve itself in a few days. It did.

Professional, courteous customer service on the phone as well as friendly knowledgeable technicians. Due to an abandoned house next door we started to see mouse activity, so we setup quarterly service with a focus on the rodents. So far so good, no more mouse activity. They also treated the exterior for bugs, which worked well, saw a few ants in the kitchen and they came back for a supplementary treatment outside and inside that took care of the problem. Best pest control company we have dealt with.

My experience with Green Pest Solutions and their tech, Jeremy earned them my recommendation. My friends know that I don't make recommendations lightly. Jeremy came to check on a hornets' nest that had fallen and that I had contained in a metal trash can. That nest was found to now be inactive. Jeremy saw activity that indicated another nest was nearby. We both checked my trees and saw nothing. He told me to keep an eye out. Not long after he left, my neighbor spotted a new nest in my tree. I called Green Pest and spoke with Jordon. He contacted Jeremy, and Jeremy came back in less than 2 hours to take care of the new nest. Jeremy was polite, informative timely and efficient. Great service!

Green Pest Solutions handled the problem and came back a week later to ensure the nest was no longer active.

All went as planned. Deck below the nest was covered with dead hornets this morning.
