Very well. Reported on time, listened to my issues , responded with an excellent attitude.

Was told we had to sign up for the first 3 servicing appt and then we could cancel after all 3 were done. Agreed, but we just needed the initial traps and spraying. Got a phone call last week to make a payment and I was told we could cancel at any time. I canceled, but I've already had the initial plus one. I never wanted the extra appointments.

Eric came by and was courteous, professional, and informative as always. Very good visit. I like that he always puts covers on his shoes before going around the house TP prevent tracking in dirt.

First appt. was a no show or call/second visit tech was on time and very polite but for the money he basically just put some glue traps down

Went well. They placed the poison, were very polite, prompt and helpful.

Well. Thought a little pricey but the mice are gone.

Eric came three times to apply the treatments to rid my home of bed bugs. He was wonderful. He answered all my questions, was punctual, and professional.

Fine. Have used before and will use again. Service was originally scheduled for a windy, rainy day. Technician called to recommend postponing until the weather was more suitable for outdoor application.

The mice were back in just about a month and worse than ever!

Following the instructions to prepare for and follow up an exterminator visit is A LOT OF WORK. But, if you've ever suffered an infestation of insects, especially the ones that carry diseases, it's well worth it. They came on time, were thorough, and left clear instructions we followed. We had them back out in less than 30 days, because we still had a (reduced) problem, and they guarantee their work. We decided to sign up for quarterly treatments because this problem has been so resistant to resolution.

They were very clear about how thorough our prep work needed to be. They came out at the agreed-upon time, performed the services quickly, and we and the cats spent 5 hours out of the house afterwards, per their instructions. The treatment was very effective, and we were able to get on top of the flea problem as a result.

Treatments were done as promised and it took care of the issue.

They only spayed in certain closets (we had not paid for all closets to be treated, I guess). The visit took under 30 minutes. Then they left traps in those closets. So far there are no moths in those traps. However I have seen a couple of moths flying around so I am worried that the problem has not been taken care of.

They do a very good job. They are very efficient and very proficient with their scheduling. They do the work, they are professional and they show up on time. Yes, I would use them again.

Frank came and sprayed the hive after having a different exterminator come 2x for the same hive. Within 48 hours, there is no bee movement at all.

Very easy to deal with, responsive, accessible, professional - great customer service is half the battle. Will come out for extra visits upon request at no extra cost for full year coverage plan customers.

Appointment was made quickly. Technician that performed the service was very punctual, polite, professional, explained what will take place before he sprayed and the expectations for after he sprayed. He sprayed all the lawn nests I knew about & checked for others on the property. Since it could take a week or so to verify it was a success, it is hard to conclude how it went. But I was told that if there is any remaining activity after a week or so, to call them and they will treat again, so I am confident it will be a success. When rating the price above, I gave it a B, as it seemed good but I did not call anyone else to compare it to so not able to know if it was "A" excellent, but I thought price was reasonable.

Everything was well explained what they were going to do and why. They applied the booster treatment, which looked reasonable. Waiting to see the result in years to come. Purchased the General pest control promotion from Angie's List. It looked like they applied a through treatment in spring. However, starting summer we have seen lot's of bugs - in and around the house. Not sure how long the treatment was supposed to last, or how soon I should have retreated.
