The tech is very knowledgeable and the company maintains a punctual schedule.

I spoke to Mike over the phone. He was extremely unhelpful. He kept saying they could only check for bedbugs. I don't have bedbugs! Very frustrating experience!

The technician that came out today ( 12/11/18) "Tom" was fantastic. Professional, pleasant,knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also told me about some great specials coming in 2019 so I can get piece of mind without going bankrupt. Will be getting one of those "specials" in Jan/Feb 2019. People in office answering phones and scheduling also quite nice. Call this company if you need "pest" service.

We had to empty out the kitchen including all the cabinets and wipe them clean so when the technician, Brian comes he starts with " clean slate" so to say, assesse the situation and determine a plan of action. In this case he treated all the surfaces, nooks and corners with application of necessary sprays, laid traps and installed monitors which can be examined at a later date, in this case a month, to check on progress. It is important to destroy the eggs therefore there will be multiple inspections over period a few months until we are all satisfied. Today is the beginning of day 3 and we have not seen any cockroaches so far. Good job.

So far, I am satisfied with the results. We’ll see what happens.

David was great - came out the same day and inspected my home/property. Explained the process and didn't try to upsell nor does he require a contract (but has a 30 day MBG). He was conscientious and was careful about the treatment as so it didn't harm the wildlife. Would highly recommend.

Matthew was prompt, friendly and professional. He came out to treat a yellow jacket colony that found its way into our attic, after about a day we have seen no more of them.

it went very well they were on time very courteous and professional they have to come back to spray the outside because it started to rain but other than that they did a great job in the house in the crawl space 2 which I wouldn't want to go into myself so I give them an A+ rating

Our technician Frank arrived early for our scheduled appointment. He patiently waited in his truck until we were ready. He was very friendly and professional. I am happy so far with the results of the treatment. I will definitely hire this company again and recommend them to everyone.

The technician sprayed the areas in the back of my house where Yellow Jackets were seen entering and leaving. One application was all that was needed. The problem is under control.

Met with Christopher Miller and he walked me thru the process of treating my home for termites. He was courteous, on time and explained everything I needed to know and signed me up on the spot for service. Then William came to my home and he explained everything as well. Very pleasant and explained as he went along what would be done. This company also treated the house for ants and determined what needed to be done there as well. OUTSTANDING, Green Pest Solutions called the same day that I had placed the request via Angie's List and an appoint was set up for the next day. The Technician arrived promptly at the time designated and stated what he was going to do. While walking around with the Technician, Tom, He was EXTREMELY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL IN PERFORMING HIS JOB OF REMOVAL of the Wasp and Yellow Jacket Nests. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL GREEN PEST SOLUTIONS FOR FURTHER Pest Control. From their contact via setting up the appointment to the time the Technician Arrived and completed the task at hand EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT CAN BE REPLIED UPON 100%. It went very well. William, the representative showed up for the appointment on time. He was very professional and did a thorough job with application of the termite treatment. I had many questions for him and the customer service representative which were answered to my satisfaction

We came home from a week-long vacation to find that rats had made their way into our basement from the sewer! The main drain pipe was their path from sewer to basement, and the crumbling brick and old foundation of our row home allowed them to come in and start nesting. We were horrified! We call Green Pest Solutions and had a visit scheduled immediately. I'd give them an A+ for responsiveness, if I could. They set bait, helped identify the access point, and we were able to get rid of the rats. Thank goodness! It was a nightmare, but Green Pest Solutions helped tremendously.

After an initial glitch for the first appointment (scheduled through the link on Angie's List but the scheduling people at the company didn't have us on their list), Jordan arranged for someone to come at the previously-arranged time to honor the commitment. He went out of his way to help and be sure we were satisfied. The technician who came was polite, professional and helpful, and explained everything that needed to be done. He set traps and sprayed in one area. The following week, another technician came to check the house and things were remarkably improved. I plan on having them come back again in the future. I recommend you call them directly rather than sending a message through Angie's List to avoid any confusion, but I am happy to say they honored the appointment and did a great job. Very professional service.

And I maintain their Termite Warranty, too, as cheap insurance of their completely non-invasive one-time treatment that stopped our termites and has needed none of the warrantied re-treatment and home repairs the last 5 years :)

After reading so many positive reviews about this company on Angie's List I contacted Green Pest Solutions for a free estimate. My initial phone call to the company was received by Mike in a most professional manner. He understood my concerns and responded in such a personable and professional way that I was fairly certain that this would be the company for me. Matt Zakrzewski and Brian called before they arrived. They assessed my need for Carpenter Ant treatment and made sure I understood that my concerns regarding the issue would be handled quickly and completely. The men took care of everything in a manner that was above and beyond my expectations. They assured me that services are ongoing and if any issue regarding pest control occurs in between treatments they will promptly and completely handle it. Matt will be my Certified Pest Specialist and I'm delighted to know that my home is in good hands. My opinion of this company is so high based on what I experience today that I set up a contract for a year!

Green Pest Solutions has been an excellent company to work with. Our first treatment was just performed. I will have to add results at a later time.

I purchased the service in Janurary as a "deal." I have never heard from them. Other companies whose deals I purchased in the past had always called to schedule within a couple of days. I sent this company an email. Still, no response. I know it is only $19. But some kind of acknowledgment would be nice.

They fully explained how the service would work , what to do if the ants came back and that we were covered for a call back within 2 weeks if the ant colony rebounded, which it did, and they honored the second service as included

I've used Green Pest Solutions for termite treatments in the past and they have always been responsive, timely, and communicative. Recently, I hired them to address a Beg Bug infestation. Dennis came out and did the estimate and we quickly scheduled our first treatment. We received conflicting information about how to prepare the house. Dennis told us to bag certain items and a receptionist told us to take more thorough measures. When the exterminator arrived, he was shocked that we did as much prep as we did. While somewhat frustrating, we were happy to do any extra prep to get rid of the bugs. In preparation for the second treatment, we arranged to have our pets out of the house and stripped the beds. When we got home, we realized that they never showed up for the treatment. They had a scheduling glitch and promised to come the next day. This meant that we had to leave the house a second time. Unfortunately, we had to lock our dog in the bathroom (we couldn't arrange a sitter last minute). They arrived an hour late for the rescheduled second treatment which meant we were out of the house even longer than anticipated. Green Pest does good work, but they need to improve their communication, punctuality, and scheduling systems.
