The agent was able to identify a small opening where wasps were entering the space behind a brick wall. There was no signs of wasp activity the morning after.

From the initial phone call to Green Pest Solutions to the completion of the work, every step was well organized by the company without fault. Moreover, their pricing was fair and competitive with other companies.

I received a quick response to schedule a service call. I admit the price seemed a little high to kill and remove the nest, but it needed done and I would need an epipen if I were stung. So I scheduled service for a Thursday. Jonthony showed up on-time and was very professional. He sprayed the nest and behind all of the shutters on the house. He was unable to remove the nest because his extension pole had broken. So he said someone would call to reschedule another appointment to return and remove the dead nest. I received a call the next morning and scheduled the appointment for Tuesday. Nick came out on-time, but he didn't have a ladder on his truck. I had to provide him with a ladder to remove the dead nest. He used a long pole with a ball-like end to knock the nest down, however, there is a mess of nest residue left on the eave. (see 2nd pic) I don't understand why the on-site techs aren't provided with better equipment to do their work. (a broken pole, no ladder?!) Given the broken equipment, the mess left behind on the eave, and the price, I have to give them a B. This no way is a reflection of Jonthony or Nick, as they were very professional.

George, our technician, arrived promptly, suited up properly, inquired about our issues, explained his treatment procedures, and completed his work efficiently. He is a true professional.

The service provide was fine. I use Green Pest for my Quarterly Service and will continue. There is a small complaint with Green Pest and not the technician. My initial appointment was cancelled (by Green Pest) 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. This was aggravating because I had taken off 1/2 day for the appointment.

i called the number from angies list ...was transferred to a surly guy named jordan who told me they do quotes over the phone bi=ut would not come out to see scope of work. my job is a HUGE job i think with an annual contract.....so i informed him i wouldn't sign up without meeting them and having them see the work needed. "no problem" was the exact answer. and i thought "the customer is always right". wow...good luck with them

Called contacted Green Pest Solutions and received an immediate response. Person I talked with gave me detailed options and pricing and was able to send a technician within a few days. Technician contacted me the night before to reconfirm and again when he was within a 1/2 hr of arrival. He listed to my problems, asked some questions and answered all of mine. He completely explained what he was going to do, what he was using and what to expect. Said to allow 1-2 wks for total results - it's been 10 days and I haven't seen any evidence of the ants for the past 3 days. So far I am very happy with the service and professionalism of the tech. I was informed that I can recall them if the problem occurs again. I've also opted to have them return quarterly to re-treat my home to avoid having to experience another infestation.

Very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and pandemic conscientious! Easy process. Quick to get an appointment so no delay. Prompt. Arrived well ahead of scheduled time. Uniform and name tag with company label truck. Masked, gloves, and shoe covers. Reassuring they are just a phone call and will come back for any sign or worry of further pest activity. Price was comparable to competition but I had read more positive reviews about GPS. Reviews were true. Glad I chose Green Pest Solutions! Excellent first service experience overall. Thank you GPS. He also gave me good insight into whether or not to expect more Cicada Killer activity in the future and he explained the warranty to me. Eric walked the property diligently looking for Cicada Killer nests and paid close attention to treating the nests that I had spotted.
