Description of Work: This was a fantastic service experience. The price was right -Â and certainly worth saving my husband the pain and annoyance of probably being stung repeatedly! -Â and the service was professional, prompt, and exactly as promised. The serviceman arrived in a uniform, was clean and polite, and he told us EXACTLY what to expect in the days after he sprayed the yellow jacket nest in our offsite. Since we had out-of-town guests coming, we really wanted our patio and pool area safe, as well as the attic! And Green Pest Solutions really delivered. We've never needed an exterminator before, but if we need one again, we're going straight to Green Pest Solutions.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for this pest company and then called them to set up a date for the service. The man I spoke to on the phone was very pushy, trying to get me to sign up for extended services. When I explained again that I had purchased a deal from Angie's List, he said that he didn't think that coupon was good anymore. I told him I would need to think about it and ended the call. The next day I called again, explaining that the coupon was indeed still running and that I had already paid for it. The woman I spoke with seemed very put out by my call as evidenced by several loud exasperated sighs as she took my information. Finally the day arrived for the service. The young man who came to the house was very professional and did a thorough job. He was not pushy. He is the reason I gave them a C instead of an F. I would not use this company again. The lack of professionalism by the two people I spoke with on the phone was appalling.

Description of Work: They found that I had a mouse infestation in the basement, they placed traps around, both inside and out, plus the shed. They we return in 3 weeks to check for fresh signs and re-bait the traps until they are gone for good.

Description of Work: this was a quarterly visit, and I asked the service person to check on ants, pantry moths, and a couple of other things. I signed up for the quarterly service last summer after they came and took care of a problem with ants. I like that I don't smell insecticide, and that the products are supposedly environmentally friendly [I guess as much as possible].

Description of Work: When the technician entered my home he noted that I had parrots. He told me before we even introduced each other that he could not spray anything inside and all spraying would have to be done outside. His immediate response to a safety issue no other service provider had ever considered (as a pet owner I already knew he wasn't spraying inside) was impressive. | |He performed the service I wanted. We chatted a bit about pet safety and options that could be used for future problems if needed. | |I would absolutely use this company again.
