Description of Work: Dennis the technician was very gracious and extremely knowledgable and professional. Description of Work: Purchased deal from Angie's list for general pest inspection and treatment. The deal was cheap, service was prompt and very professional, but not sure if it was very effective. Still see some of the bugs I used to see before. But can't complain as may be I got what I paid for. Quoted me for annual pest protection plan, which is higher then I expected. Not sure if I am going to signup. Overall good experience

Description of Work: planted quite a few mouse traps-more than we expected. In areas where children might go there were traps that would not snap. In hidden areas, there were the old type. Sprayed for bugs as well.

Description of Work: They were hired to get rid of mice in the yard. It took many visits to accomplish this, and in fact we are not absolutely certain that it was completely sucessful. After the last visit we think there are no more mice, but it took 3 visits over 6 weeks.

Description of Work: They looked around the property and sprayed the foundation. I had a problem with yellow jackets and box elder bugs, which they would not deal with unless I paid a substantially greater charge which was ten times the initial charge.

We apologize that we were not able to help with the yellow jacket and box elders. Unfortunately the pest special that was offered was specifically for basic pest control. In situations of bees and box elders they require subsequent follow up appointments to rid yourself of the issue. They cannot be eliminated in one visit.
