Garden Restoration maintains our property (a little over an acre of land). They first came in 2005 and took an overgrown nightmare of weeds and vines and turned it into a beautiful park with a walk-through garden for meditation (using the cobblestones that I had fallen in love with and then never figured how to use) . They come throughout the summer to clean up the weeds and put in plantings. They also do our clean-ups (Spring and Fall). They put down mulch at the beginning of the summer - 24 yards of it!. The entire crew is wonderful and Barbara is very creative with rock and stone.

Barbara delivered everything she promised and more. When she came out for her initial visit and estimate, she listened to my problems and ideas, and described in detail what she thought should be done as we walked around the property. After she showed me her portfolio of both large and small jobs she has done, and included photos of her own beautiful garden, I knew right away that her taste meshed exactly with what I had always imagined for our home. She was forthcoming with her labor charges which are firm, and explained exactly what we'd be getting: a hard working skilled crew of at least 5 each day under her expert supervision. We are thrilled with her work: our house went from "The Beverly Hillbillies" to Main Line Tasteful in a matter of three days. She's a great person, too, whom I would recommend to anyone. And she emphasizes that NO job is too small.

They did an outstanding job, as they always do. They generally work at our home four or five times a year, doing a combination of maintenance and new planting. Barbara will work with me to transform a part of the garden, listening to my thoughts, adding her own, and then bringing in the crew and plant material to get the job done. The costs vary according to what the job involves, but I always feel that it is reasonable for the quality of the work that is done. It's a great pleasure to work with her and her entire crew, all the more so because she and her staff are literally making it possible for my husband and I to remain in the home and landscape we love, but are no longer physically up to maintaining ourselves. I highly recommend this company for all your landscaping needs.

Barbara returned my initial call promptly. Scheduled site visit. Reviewed area. Showed portfolio of previous work. Discussed options for us. Explained pricing and service team. Barbara and her team were reliable and professional. She insured continued communication with me and my husband throughout the process. The finished product exceeded our expectations. It looks like a true garden oasis. I would recommend using Barbara and her team for any landscaping project. She will transform your garden.

When Barb first came to my house to talk about what I wanted and get an estimate, she really listened to what I said. She had ideas on how to improve things and what would look good, but she also took into account what I said I liked. She came up with a plan to drastically rework the garden, using plants we already had as well as a couple selected new shrubs, that would keep our costs within my budget. I changed my mind about some things a few days before we were scheduled to do the work, and she came out and talked with me and we came up with a new plan. Then on the day of the work, there were a couple of snags with underground boulders and wires, and she came with ways to work around them and make everything look very artistic. There was an old azalea that we were planning to junk, but on the day we decided it might do better in a shadier location, so she found a spot and dug a new bed for it. She and her crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job.
