Very professional and thorough.

I did not hire them due to price.

They replaced some flashing around a vent. They did it in one day. The price was reasonable and I was happy with what they did for me.

This company always does a good job and is trustworthy and reliable. They have replaced windows, my roof, skylights and stair repairs in the basement. They arrive on time and complete the work in a timely manner for the contacted price. Not the cheapest but quality work.

We had been experiencing leaking at our front door, that we had previously had our front door replaced, as a result of. However, the leaking continued. After $2,000 on a front door/storm door/transom window, we decided to get a second opinion. Edward Callahan's group came out within days of our call to perform an estimate and were willing to perform the work almost immediately. After we gave the okay, work was completed within a matter of days. Crew were immaculately clean - we didn't even know they were here one day! To date, we believe the work has either completely resolved the issue, or resolved part of the overall problem. Thanks!!

Quick and clean

They were always prompt, professional and courteous. They did excellent work and correctly diagnosed and fixed an ongoing problem we had been having with water leaking in our windows during hurricane-type rains over the years. The cost of the work did not exceed the original estimate and they did a large job in only a few days. They were referred by a neighbor who had similar work done and had used them on his previous house as well. I plan on using them going forward to replace the rest of my inferior, builder-installed windows.

The whole experience was excellent overall. Had used this company a couple of times before to replace leaky windows and a leaky dryer vent. Always prompt, professional and efficient while doing high quality work. This company's employees have been with them for years, BTW, they do not use sub-contractors. I always feel confident the work will be done properly when the same guys come out who have been out before.

They did a very good job. They showed up on time. We've had a heavy rain since this roof was repaired last week and there has not been any leaking, so apparently what they did was excellent.

It was difficult to find someone that just did repairs and they were able to accommodate my needs. They seemed a little pricey for what needed to be done, however, I really don't feel comfortable in giving the price.

The work proceeded smoothly with two interruptions for snow. The crew acted professionally (Callahan has been in business about 35 years and has several long-tenured employees). The clean-up was prompt and satisfactory.
