In a word outstanding. Tom Donnelly took the time to re-evaluate what was actually wrong with our heater and actually reduced the cost of our repair from an original competitors quote of $480 down to $275.00 then upon his further re-evaluation recommendation down to $127. How can you ask for better service than that? The first thing I did was contract my annual service contract with Donnelly HVAC. A long time since we've received such trustworthy and efficient service! I would recommend them to anyone.

Service was excellent and very professional. He came out and went right to work. He had my problem identified within the first 10 minutes. He then went above and beyond by re-programming my thermostat. I would recommend Donnelly Heating to anyone.

Zak, the service mgr. at Donnelly, is very polite and informative. Tom in the office was great to work with also! Tom gave me options to save some money, worked with me on scheduling very well and the crew showed up when they said they would and completed the furnace replace in one day. Did have a minor call back issue, which was responded to quickly and fixed right away! I plan to use them again and will call them to replace my upstairs furnace in the spring!

Overall excellent experience working with Donnelly - they gave me an almost immediate appointment for the oil furnace service that I requested. A competent, courteous professional arrived - in time- and got the job done in a conscientious and thorough manner. He worked until he was done (at 6:30 pm!) and cleaned up very neatly afterwards. I got the price that was quoted to me and the problems were fixed. Truly amazing service! Could not wish for anything more. Will definitely use this company again. Would recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.
