The installers from Donnelly Heating & Air Conditioning spent nearly 9 hours installing a new furnace system in my home�everything from hauling out the giant old unit to completely refitting the air-intake system and ductwork to the chimney. The installers worked efficiently and quietly throughout the day. The new furnace�a downflow unit that isn�t used much these days�made a tremendous difference in heating my home. However, communication between myself and the company wasn�t the greatest some of the time, even though the estimate was conducted in a very professional manner, and this led to several misunderstandings that they eventually made right, including installing a new thermostat at no charge.

My wife and I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Donnelly Heating and Air Conditioning. Being first time home buyers and this being our first major home purchase it was very helpful to sit down with Tom during our initial consultation. He was able to fully walk us through what to expect and work within our budget. Lou and Dave performed the work at our home and I cannot speak enough to how thorough and professional they both were. Showed up on time, explained things step by step, came up with solutions that enabled the job to get done, cleaned up daily, and were done the work fast

We had two Lennox central air units installed to replace two very old York and Rheem units. Work was done exactly when planned and done within the amount of time estimated. Lou and Dave were the crew who worked on the project and they were both very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They were very profession in the way they completed the project. They also used another Donnelly technician, Matt, to handle a hook-up to our heating system and he was equally as professional. The entire Donnelly team worked as a team to complete the project timely and with quality.

Tom Donnelly did a fantastic job meeting my needs within my budget for a new heat pump, duct work and thermostat. His service team and service manager were very professional, easy to work with, and just nice people. They cleaned up everything, walked me thru my new system, and I am pleased I chose Donnelly.

They were prompt in responding for estimate and presented additional information on the manufacturer of the boiler. We did have a problem with one heating zone that was not determined until the night of the installation. When I contacted them the following morning they sent someone out to fix the problem before noon the next day.

Tom was very prompt and professional. Provided excellent literature. At installation time, it quickly became apparent that his primary installer, Lou, was a true expert in his trade. Brian the helper was a real team worker. Zack, the service manager, made several appearances providing additional expertise and assistance. At the end of the installation, the service manager, carefully went over the operation of the heat pump system and the programming of the deluxe thermostat making certain that our questions were answered and understood. We are extremely pleased.

The office called within minutes of inputting my information into the web page. They arrived early and completed the repairs quickly. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I was quite please with every aspect of the service!!!
