+ -1 moreA team of two carpet cleaners arrived on time. They pre-treated spots and went to work with 2 different machines. The stairs and landings were hand scrubbed. They moved furniture in the 2 furnished rooms as needed and in about 2 hours they were done. They replaced the furniture placing styrofoam blocks or plastic under the legs of furniture so the carpet could dry. Both gentlemen were very professional and instructed me to call if any spots reappeared in the next 14 days as the extraction process they use can sometime bring deep spots to the surface. They explained they would return to treat any spots that appeared within 14 days. They also cleaned 2 throw rugs without being asked and at no additional charge. Within a few epresentative of Angelo's called to check on my satisfaction of their job. I indicated that I was very happy but did have just a few spots that I thought would need to be re-treated but wanted to wait a little longer to see fi anything surfaced. The representative thanked me and encouraged me to call when I was ready. A week later no new spots had surfaced. I called Angelo's and a team of 2 returned the next day to treat the areas I had marked. They were very professional, helpful and went out of their way to re-clean the areas I had indicated I wanted treated. Again, both were very focused on performing to my satisfactiopn. I was very pleased the work performed by Angelo's Carpet Cleaning. I would use their services again and would gladly recommend them to others looking for a carpet cleaning service. Well Done Angelo's!!!!!
Description of Work: The cleaning cleaning we had done included 3 bedrooms, living room, basement , hallway, and a set of stairs with 2 landings. Two bedrooms and the basement were empty. As a spring special the hallway and stairs were done free of charge. Angelo's also had a coupon on their website to receive a $20 discount for a bag of clothing or food products that would be donated to charity. What a great idea to have clients donate to charity and give e a discount on their services!

I did not plan on spending any more than that and thought for sure there were going to be some hidden costs, but there were not. My carpets have never looked so good. Mike did a great job.

+ -1 moreI moved into a new house and the carpet in the basement had major spots and stains on it..I didn't want to replace it at the time because I had many things done to the upper floors and decided to wait before replacing this carpet. I did want it to be clean but I really didn't expect the degree of cleanliness after it was done. My husband and I were so amazed at how clean it was. The nap was flat before and now it's fluffy and brighter..It really looks like a new carpet..There was one thing that happened that I think I should mention..The carpet appeared to stretch and had little ripples and I thought it would have to be restretched but as soon as it dried it went right back down and was completely fine. I guess it really got a good steam cleaning all the way to the bottom which is why it did that..I would definitely use them again..In fact, I have brand new carpet upstairs and when that has to be done I wouldn't call anyone else...

Description of Work: Angelo's was able to complete the following carpet tasks for us, doing a great job! - restretched the carpet in our living room, dining room & upstairs hallway - shampooed all carpets throughout the house (3 bedrooms, hall, steps, living room, dining room) In addition, there was a persistent stain in the dining room. They returned and satisfactorily addressed the stain without complaint or problem.

+ -1 moreNot knowing exactly what to expect, I was disappointed in some of the result around the edges. The "what to expect" material talked about a special hose to "clean edges." I did not think the edges looked too good. I called Angelo's and they came back and retreated the areas in question. Still not great. It may simply be my older carpet or expecting too much. Angelo's did try to make it right by coming back. Next time I'll probably try someone else -- and compare.

Description of Work: Had to clean our carpets in two bed rooms which pets has soiled. Called Angelo Carpet Cleaning and discussed the issues that we had and they quoted a price over the phone. + -1 moreThis is the third time we have used Angelo's for carpet cleaning and carpet repair. Each time we had a positive experience. They schedule quickly, arrive on time and very diligently get their work done. This most recent cleaning including getting red popsicle stains out of an off-white colored carpet. The cleaning technician spent a good amount of time and really worked hard to get out the stains. In the end, it turned out great and if you didn't know where the stains were, you wouldn't be able to point them out. We appreciate the way Angelo's does business. They are very easy to schedule and they have done a great job for us each time they were here. They are going to be our go-to carpet cleaner in the future.

+ 0 moreOverall experience was very good. The people in the office were very responsive. the estiamte I was given was very, very close to actual amount charged. The techniican was verty pleasant, easy to ask questions. he worked the entire time time he was there.
Description of Work: I was able to schedule th service late in the day so I did not have to take a day off from work. The Technician actually arrived before scheduled time. He cleaned the carpet in our family room and the upholstered furniture. The carpet looks very good. This is the first time it has been cleaned and there were some heavy traffic areas that look very good. The furniture looks very clean too. There were some very bad stains.

+ 0 moreTheir ability to get stains out of carpeting and upholstered furniture is simply amazing. They removed stains that I didn't think could be removed, and of course everything was cleaned. I found their people to be very professional and very knowledgable, and in spite of the amount of work to be done, they finished very quickly. When I later observed an example of "wicking", they returned and cheerfully removed the stain. Overall, a fabulous experience.
Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in 5 rooms, and cleaned several pieces of upholstered furniture. One room's carpet also was deodorized. In addition to basic cleaning, there were many stains of various types they needed to remove.

+ -1 moreIt was a disaster from the start and I called Angelo s from the beginning and was told to give them a chance. Well I did and it still didn't go well. The carpets they did clean were not done to my satisfaction and are still dirty and don't smell fresh. I now have to pay additional money to have the areas that were suppose to be cleaned by Angelo s done again and now treated for possible mold. There has been no response from Angelo s on the above situation.
Description of Work: Angelo s was scheduled over a week in advance. They called the day before to change the time from 12-1 PM to 10-11 AM. The tech showed up at 9:30 without calling to say he was going to be early. He started in the basement, since we were still getting ready upstairs. There was one tech for the basement, 3 sets of stairs, hallway, master bedroom, bedroom, and loft. I expressed my concern and was told he couldn't get anyone to help. He also stated that he shouldn't be working at all because he was on workman's comp for a hurt foot! He started the basement, pre-treating the stains as he went along. I called Angie s list to complain and also called Angelo s. I had to call Angelo s twice. I expressed my concern about the wetness of the carpet and was told it would dry within 4-6 hours. It was now 11:15 and he had only finished half of the basement. About 12 noon I went upstairs and was not aware he had pretreated the stairs to the second floor - why when he wasn't finished with the basement and basement stairs? On my way down from the second floor, my feet slipped on the wet stairs and I fell down to the hardwood first floor. I was hurt and had to go to the ER for x-rays. In the mean time, they sent two other techs who wanted to finish the job. I had them just finish what was started, the basement, and two sets of stairs. This was done on Friday and the basement is still damp on Saturday. I called another carpet company and they are coming out on Sunday to extract the basement and spray a mold protection to avoid having a problem with mold growing in the damp carpet. They will also clean the rest of the house.

+ 0 moreMy appointment was scheduled for a weekday between 11 and 12. The workman, Troy, called me at 11:15 to make sure I would be home and he showed up 10 min. later. As he came in the door he handed me a bottle of carpet spot remover and some company advice and info on their services. He was very pleasant and wrote up the cost of the services before starting any work. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and stairs (and I have 5 kids and a dog) and then started on the dryer vent. He took him longer than anticipated due to a disconnection in the vent (not his fault) and he took the time to fix it which I very much appreciated. A company rep called me the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in family room and one flight of stairs, cleaned out the dryer vent.

We were given a two-hour window, and they called the day before to confirm. The technician was an hour late, but called about 45 minutes before the two-hour window expired to say he would be late. When he arrived, he was apologetic, professional and efficient. He protected our wood floors while he was entering and leaving the house. The floors looked great when he was done.
Description of Work: Marcus cleaned, polished, and sealed the ceramic tile in our kitchen, entryway and laundry area.

+ 0 moreAngelo's was prompt in returning my call and offered to come out the next day. Had to delay by an additional day due to my schedule. They used a moisture meter to determine if the carpet or padding was still retaining moisture. When no moisture was found, they offered to clean the area of carpet affected to eliminate the musty odor. Cleaning job was well done. Very punctual and personable. Office also did a follow up call after the cleaning to make sure I was happy with the job. Would use this company again. They specialize in drying, cleaning and restoring carpet damaged from leaks/flood. They also do regular carpet cleaning, upholstery and drapery cleaning.
Description of Work: Assessed carpet and carpet padding for residual moisture after a water heater leak and found none. I had pulled up the carpet to check for hidden moisture. Angelo's re-installed carpet that had been pulled up and cleaned the affected area to my satisfaction.
