Angelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct Cleaning

Great service. Highly recommended. They cleaned two rugs for us. Angelo and his team are total pro's every step of the way from clear communications of a pricing estimate by email, picking up the rugs from our home in King of Prussia PA within the estimated window and then delivering the rugs back to us 2-3 weeks later, all as expected. Our rugs are rejuvinated and look great. We should have had them cleaned sooner. We will definitely use Angelos the next time.

They were on time, polite, and did a great job. They gave me some hints on what I can do to keep the carpet looking great. I was very pleased and would definitely use again.

They did a good job of cleaning an off-white carpet that contained quite a few stains and soiled areas, and they also did a great job cleaning the area rug. However, the gentleman that came out to give us the estimate was also one of the workers who came to clean and he cleaned a bedroom that we hadn't asked to be cleaned, and was then upset when we asked him to clean the bedroom he had missed. He wanted to charge us more for cleaning an extra bedroom because he messed up. Angelo's ultimately ate the expense of cleaning the missed bedroom but it made for an unpleasant experience. The second worker who came to do the cleaning was a young guy who was very full of himself, rather obnoxious, and left the stone in our entryway wet and filthy dirty with his boot prints when he left. I will say that, when we notified Angelo's that some of the stains had reappeared within a couple of weeks of the initial cleaning, they sent someone out very quickly to re-clean the stains (which haven't reappeared). Long story short, Angelo's does a quality cleaning job but charges more than their competition, and the experience was not without drama.

Both workers arrived on time and did work professionally. They left a bottle of touch up cleaner for my use. Have used in the past and always pleased with the results.

It was reasonable. It was a very large couch. The worker was very professional, he was very good. He was here at least one and a quarter hours.

I called Angelo's on a Thursday night. They returned my call the next morning and provided an estimate over the phone. We were preparing to put our house on the market and were on a tight deadline. Angelo's was able to accommodate our schedule and come out on Tuesday morning. They arrived on time, did a great job and were very professional.

It came out looking like we had new carpet installed even though the carpet was actually four years old and had been neglected. They came when they said they would, moved all the furniture, put it back where it was, and were in and out in a few hours. I am actually planning to call them today to do more carpet cleaning for us, and I recommended them to a friend, and for that Angelo's sent me a $25.00 check. All in all, I can't think of anything that wasn't done exactly as you would have wanted it to be done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were additional charges because we asked to have an additional hallway done. The price was fine and it was discussed ahead of time. I don't think I would use them again because the rug was wet forever. I thought it would be a few hours and it was a few days. I would go for a different method rather than the extraction method they used. The finished product did look good.

It was fine. They came quickly. They did not try and upsell me on using carpet preservatives or whatever they put on top of carpets so I thought that was really terrific, that they didn't try and sell me more than what I asked for. I thought that was pretty upstanding. Their pricing is comparable to other places I've used.

Angelo's did a superb job on tackling an ink stain on my nearly white carpet. I thought they were going to have to patch it but the tech worked diligently to get the stain up. Incredible work.

This provider called to tell me he was running early and was 15 minutes away. This was wonderful, as I had other things to do during the day. Prior to starting his work, he told me exactly what he was going to do and how it was best to clean one sofa differently than the other. He finished his work in approximately an hour and a half. When I saw the results of his work, I thought I had two brand new sofas. I have used other "chain" cleaners, but I never saw my microfiber so clean since the day I bought it. He left me a bottle of cleaner for spot cleaning. I would recommend Angelo's Cleaning, Inc. to anyone who requires upholstery or rug cleaning. Steve was excellent and extremely pleasant.

Our representative from Angelo's, can't remember his name, but was fantastic. The whole experience with Angelo's was awesome, and I am an extremely picky person. Would highly recommend and have referred neighbors and friends to Angelo's Carpet.

The work went fine. I thought the contractor did a nice job. I paid an extra $20 to help move some furniture around. All in all, the contractor was very professional.

Angelo's cleaning is simply one of the best providers i have dealt with. I was able to make an appointment online and was pleased with the fact that i could estimate my price online without having to deal with a high pressure salesman. In addition i was offered a very convenient appointment. I had asked their customer service department to have the technician call me when they were on their way. I received the call as requested. The crew that showed up was very nice, polite, and did an amazing job to remove the mess that I had created trying to finish the floor on my own. i was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them in the future.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out pretty good. I did not pay anything extra other than the big deal purchase. I will recommend them to other people also, as I think they were really good.

Job well done. I had to reschedule at the last minute and Angelos' was very accommodating. Actually scheduled someone to come out on the Saturday of Memorial day Weekend in order to meet my timeline for a big upcoming party. Paul was on time, courteous and professional. He was very thorough and paid close attention to detail. He worked for 4 straight hours with no distraction to get the job done. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in 10 years and I was amazed how nice everything looked when it was completed. I have 3 cats who love lounging on the furniture and a friend who is highly allergic. My friend came to the party and was able to stay the entire day so I'm sure the cleaning had everything to do with that. I will have Angelo's back in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I made the appointment with a very friendly and helpful woman in the main office. Angelo's carpet cleaners arrived when they said they would. I had already moved some furniture out of the way and they graciously worked around the furniture that I could not move. I pointed out certain areas that needed more cleaning and they worked extra in these areas with pre-treatment solutions and extra cleaning. They were very polite and friendly. They came in and focused on the job. Before they left, they had me inspect every area they cleaned. They wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied with the problem areas I brought to their attention and the overall work they did. They left me extra stain remover solution and gave me instructions on how to keep my carpets cleaner along with what I should do to help the carpets dry faster. My carpets looked great. I have used Angelos many times and will continue to do so.
