The housing market had already slowed down and we were building our new house after living in our old home for 22 years. We interviewed a number of Realtors and settled on Eric since he seem to be the most willing to work with us and go the extra mile to give us the best chance of a sale. He took us around to see competitive houses and gave us lots of input and support to make our house better than the rest. We did not have much time to get our house ready to go on the market and Eric worked with us in every aspect to make sure we were ready. As a result of his efforts, our house sold in 2 days in a tough market and we are now in our new home. We know that having a really good experience with a Realtor is not the normal story, and felt that it should be shared.
Description of Work: Eric Nichols provided professional and responsive real estate listing service for the sale of our home. He gave input as to all marketing aspects including staging of the house, proper pricing, and references to local contractors for various painting, floor resurfacing, and masonry work. He provided all marketing services as promised and did a great job in the negotiations of the sale.
