Description of Work: We had a leak in the shower. Water leaked into our dining room. It was not an emergency so there was no big rush to get somebody in to look at it right away. McKean came in and diagnosed the problem without adding too much more damage to our ceiling. He was successful. It did take a couple hours to diagnose correctly but we have no complaints. Two months later and the leak is still fixed without having to tear up the shower stall or ceiling.
