This company is hands down the BEST!!! I’ve never had a bad experience once and we used them for many things in our home. They are kind, helpful, and tell you the truth about services - before they perform them and they never overcharge! Marc Hobbs is so helpful and kind and goes above and beyond when he helps a customer! Don’t use anyone else except McKean and you won’t be sorry!!!

The service was excellent, they were able to fix the furnace and replace the broken pipe as well, and it was fast.

They made appointment but cancelled because they said I was hard to please, after I was charged 1500 for a thermostat that didn't work and did not refund money and could not get my house heated in winter about 67 degrees , I am glad they quit me. They promised me I would have heat but never didl

My AC system gave up its last when I turned it on for the first time in May. I've had McKean here for plumbing issues, so I gave them a call. Their team was simply amazing. They came out and estimated everything, worked with my home warranty company to get everything authorized for coverage (even though they are not a warranty contractor), and accomplished the 2-day install in one day. They came back a week later to check that everything was running smoothly, and were just generally incredible people to work with. I would never use anyone else!!

Great work. Discussed options with us and we came up with a solution that saved time and money.

Brit, their electrician, came out and found the problems with each fan and got them running again. He kept at it till he figured out what was wrong. He also wired the one fan to the wall switch, which had never been done. All this within an hour. Another electrician had been out and said we needed two new fans!

Good work performed on reinstalling the platform and unit. At present the unit is operating, however, cooler temperatures have limited the use of the AC unit in order to fully test the unit's performance..

They came the next day first thing and quickly and efficiently found and fixed the problem.

It did take 6 weeks. I would definitely use them again. You don't get that for cheap prices. My first impression of the company and workers were very good. Everything has always been very impeccable. We live in a nonstandard Victorian house, so your basic ordinary plumbing isn't just going to cut it, your gonna need someone who is going to be flexible and adapt to situations. That is what McKean's people can do. It's a lot of money.

McKean's crew was fantastic. I live in a historic house with all sorts of challenges in the bathroom--non-standard plumbing, hot-water radiators, buried gas pipes, enclosed chimneys, uneven floors, non-square walls--and they overcame all obstacles to produce a brand-new, elegant, well-built bathroom for me (all I had to do was paint). Professional, competent, friendly, quiet--they are the best. It wasn't cheap, but it was not a simple job with low-end materials, either. I am completely satisfied and recommend them highly.
