Description of Work: We hired McKean to install a microwave/vent hood in our kitchen. We did not have an existing vent so they had to install the vent to thew outside (through the wall out the front of the house), install an electrical outlet in the cabinet and put up the microwave. We worked with Mark L. who was very nice and knowledgable. He took his time giving us an estimate and talking about our options (taking the vent through the roof wasn't feasible) and patient with our questions. He scheduled the work very quickly and finished it for the low end of the estimate. Very happy with the quality of work and service. Would hire again.

Unfortunately, we were unable to assist in this issue. While we are able to resolve many issues related to plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, we do not work under mobile homes. We hope to resolve any other issues that may arise in the future!

Description of Work: The plumber sent was both slow and somewhat unsure of how best to perform relatively simple tasks. (Repair a cracked water line & clear a drain.) When you are paying for service time it is reasonable to expect an experienced professional, particularly at the rates plumbers charge.

Love these guys!
Description of Work: they have been our plumber of choice since 1995. We call them for all our needs, they have put in a new furnace and air conditioner, hooked up appliances, put in a dishwasher where there wasn't one.
