Description of Work: My air conditioning stopped working. Bruno came for an estimate. The tech had grass and mud on his boots and tracked this into my house. He told us we needed a entire new unit. He gave us a price of $5000. After getting a few more quotes we realized this price was high. We called Bruno to tell then this then we received a for bill $166 to diagnose the problem!The other 2 companies did not charge for an estimate.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate of having a toilet installed; they would not even estimate a cost just said you would pay $49.95 to have someone come and look at the job!!! wow, not even worth the time to call them!!!

There is a service fee to get my technician to your door in a fully stocked truck ready to do the work. All of our technicians carry the Technician Seal of Safety Identification card assuring you that they have passed a criminal background check and are randomly drug & alcohol screened. Upon arrival the technician will look at the work needed and give upfront pricing before any work is done. There are no hidden fees or surprises. The price remains the same whether the technician is at your home of one hour or for three hours, unless the scope of work changes. We install, service, repair and replace plumbing & heating systems in strict accordance with the highest industry standards using the highest quality materials. Our technicians are neat, clean and respect your home. They will even wear shoe covers to protect your floor and clean up after themselves when the job is complete.

Description of Work: We had two problems --- the major one concerned a problem with hot water pressure and the minor one was replacing the water fixture on the kitchen sink. Two techs showed up on time, looked at the water heater, tested the water pressure and presented me with 3 prices to fix the problem. Prices were based on how many parts needed replacement. All prices were very reasonable! (they had to replace only 2 parts) Not once was there any discussion of replacing the unit --- no up sell. While one tech worked on the water heater, the other worked on the sink parts. It was the first time we used Bruno Plumbing and Heating and strongly recommend them.

They were prompt and nice.
Description of Work: One of the toilets was leaking and they fixed it. One of the bathroom fans was not working and they are looking into a replacement cost for us. They have done some HVAC work over the summer.
