Very well. They were professional. They came in when expected and even though there were a few changes along the way, they stood behind their original proposal and did a very good job. They cleaned up, they followed up and I would recommend them to anyone. I was forced to install this new AC and furnace after having another group in town install a top of the line unit that fell apart in a little over 6 years.

First, let me say this about Bruno P&H. If you agree to let them do any plumbing job, they WILL do a great job. Probably one of the best plumbing repair companies I?ve ever dealt with. Bruno?s employees are courteous, prompt, and clean. However, my problem with Bruno is the way in which they handle the analysis and pricing to resolve of your plumbing problem. On Feb 7, 2014 while I was having a toilet fill valve replaced By Bruno, I inquired about replacing my electric water heater. I was given a rough quote of $1000.00 (including installation) to replace this 40 gallon tank. Not being able to afford that price, I refused that offer. I called another water heater place and was offered a comparable heater, including installation for less than &650.00. That is savings of over $350.00 over Bruno?s price. On April 7, 2015, I needed a toilet fill valve replaced in our basement bathroom. Again I called Bruno P&H to have this work done. When the worker arrived at my home he looked at the toilet and immediately said it he would have to replace the entire toilet tank in order to replace the fill valve. I?m not a plumber but this seemed illogical to me. He gave me a quote of $163.00 for the valve replacement unit and an additional $280.00 for a new rebuilt tank (closet). As the last option he offered to me, and he encouraged me to accept it, was replace the entire toilet at a cost, in installation, of $711.00. WOW! I called to have a simple water fill valve replaced an it morphed into a max of $711.00? Naturally, I was totally shocked at these prices. I called the office at Bruno P&H and told them this was way too much and asked that, since I was a multiple time customer and a senior citizen, if they would waive the $39.99 service call fee. The lady flatly refused to do so. Rather than get into an argument, I paid the fee even though I truly feel that Bruno P&H misused me. They seem to have absolutely NO regard for the fact that a person is a repeat customer and a senior. In fact, Bruno P&H has NO such thing as a senior discount. As a result of this interaction I called a handyman. He came to my house, went to Lowes and purchased the valve for less than $25.00. He installed it properly for less than $30.00. Total cost to me ? $54.00, but when I add the cost of Bruno?s service call, the cost reached - $93.99. Even then adding, in my opinion the unfair service charge (it could have at least been reduced as a courtesy) the total final cost to me was far less than the least expensive option presented by Bruno. Again, Bruno will do good work for you. However, people, especially seniors who are already cash strapped, should not expect any customer appreciation from this company. I am bitterly disappointed with this lack of respect. I probably will not use their services again because of their overpricing and lack of appreciation for past business given to them. Also, they will not give you the least expensive option as their first solution. The $40 dollar fee will, in the long run, cost them a lot more than they gained by being so inflexible. I would advise caution when dealing with Bruno P&H. Be sure to get cost estimates from other plumbers before agreeing to anything.

It was just a little job and it went well. They were very professional and they did a good job. They were very punctual. The cost, I think everybody is high.

We had two problems - upstairs toilet clogged - was auger in 3 minutes. The kitchen sink drain was clogged - I told them that the 1.5 inch copper pipe was leaking when they arrived. That piece was then cut off which also turned out to be were the blockage was. Then all the existing plastic pipes and trap ( $87!!!) was replaced. When the bill was written we were charged $194 for clearing kitchen drain - which really meant cutting the leaking copper pipe off ( that was where the blockage was). There were also a $198 charge for "repipe part of kitchen drain" as mentioned above - I feel we were taking for a ride - $87 for a 1.5 inch plastic trap - $3.27 at Home Depot. When the leaking copper pipe was cut off and it was discovered that the blockage was in that pipe - I guess that explain the $194 charge for "clear kitchen drain" !!!!! I feel that we were overcharged by a couple of hundred dollars or at least $194. When reading other reviews of Bruno Plumbing there are a lot of $$$$$ involved. That might explain why we were first on the schedule even that we did not call them before 9 PM the previous night!

Exceptional customer service with phone call to the office and the service provider at my home. Service fees were discussed prior to work being done and it was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommending this provider!

The repairman was in and out in 15 minutes at the most. The repair kit to fix the faucet costs around $10. Their invoice reads description of service - Rebuild Single Lever Shower Faucet $185.00. Service Fee Level 2- $49.99. The total amounted to $234.99. The amount of $234.99 to fix a shower faucet is ridiculous and outrageous. I have used Bruno Plumbiing & Heating before, but this is the last time I will use their services. You would be better off to call someone else.

I had Bruno come to my home for a general service and cleaning. The Service Technician was very courteous and polite. While doing the general service a problem with the furnace was discovered in which an additional $150 fee was needed for labor. The job would require 30-45 minutes of work for completion. After scheduling a second appointment with Bruno, a different technician came to my home and determined that the initial problem diagnosed by the first technician was incorrect. Additional work was needed requiring another $150 fee for 30-45 minutes of work. After speaking with management, Bruno's plumbing and heating would not wave the additional $150 fee for their misdiagnosis or even offer a discount. Plenty of competition available within the area at a much reasonable price.

Company was very prompt in returning my call, scheduled quickly and sent an efficient pleasant plumber to do the job. A big plus was their van fully equipped with needed materials,no running to the hardware. I would definitely use this company again. Thanx Angie.

Their service is excellent. They are on time. I can't say enough good about them.

They did a good job. They gave me not the lowest price but it was in line with the others. They were responsive and they seem to do what they are supposed to do.

I had raw sewerage backing up out of the floor drain. I called several other companies for estimates and Bruno was the fairest of them . They came and ran a snake though and unplugged the line then they ran a camera through it to determine if I had a more serious problem which I didn't. They recommended and marked where I need to put an out side clean out for any future problem,the Washington East Washington Joint Authority would not come into the house to solve this problem even though they had done so before a few years earlier, another screwing to the little guy!!!!{ A BIG F MINUS FOR WEWJA} so I will have to be putting an outside clean out in the future,however back to the point, Bruno's people ,from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the job where top notch and I would recommend this company!!!!!

The quote provided ($4960) was almost 3 times the amount estimated by other providers. I even called back to see if they had made a mistake or had included the price of the tub and fixtures, but they hadn't. I didn't receive the quote until 9 days after their visit, which was a week after I called them, so by then I had accepted another bid. I just laughed with disbelief. I guess they really didn't want the job.

Bruno was here a couple hours after we called. Two hours later drain was clog free. We had them add the root cleaner to drains also. Great job. We had visions of digging up entire back yard and $1000's of dollars to repair it. Relieved it was that easy.

They are prompt, courteous, and very conscientious about keeping the house clean. They are personable and stick to their estimate. They are very reliable and I use them over and over again.

GREAT! After getting details on the problem (water backing up in the basement during laundry) the plumber immediately went to the clean out in the back yard and went to work. He snaked the line to the main line and was able to determine it was tree roots causing the problem. Put Root Away in the line and it was on to more laundry! This was a Sunday call and we knew it would be more expensive but it could have been A LOT worse if they had not come that day. Worth the price!

This was the 2nd back up with in 3 months and we called Bruno again. They attempted to clear the line several times, but were unsuccessful. They tried to camera the line but could not get it past a certain point. They were to return with a hydro jet and camera/record with locator, but were not able to return within a day. Their equipment was not available at that time. We needed to have the drain open and ended up calling another company.

On a SUNDAY, and during a STEELER game, our sewer line had a blockage. We called and David was able to come that afternoon. David was very professional (he serviced us previously at another location). He arrived when he said he would. He was able to open our drain in a timely manner. The site was throughly cleaned following service by David.

We live in Morgantown and have not had great luck with contractors. We found Bruno Plumbing and Heating on Angie's List. They're out of Washington PA, so it's quite a drive for them to get to us. I first contacted them on a weekend and was able to speaking to a live answering service. I also called first thing Monday and when they answered, the customer service representative already knew about my problem and was getting ready to call me and schedule an appointment. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly. The morning of the appointment the plumber called me while he was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival. I found him to be highly professional and seemed to be doing a very thorough job. My only complaint would be on the pricing approach. The services they performed, opening the ceiling and inspecting the drain, and replacing the drain and piping, seemed fairly priced. But, on top of those was a standard $99 service charge. Maybe it was because they were coming so far, but it did seem excessive since I was paying ~$590 for the actual services rendered. That said, I would definitely use them again since they were responsive, reliable, and professional.
