Description of Work: Repaired an outside faucett to bypass my water softener. I am now able to water my plants with with water from the well that contains no salt which was killing them. Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Would hire any time.

Description of Work: Joe was exactly what we had been looking for. A about a month ago we purchased a toilet only to find out that we needed a back flush toilet (drains through the wall rather the floor). We spent an entire Saturday calling close to a dozen places only to hear the same thing "I've never heard of a back flush toilet" We ended up finding a toilet that was about four times the price of the first one and installed it after having Roto Rooter give us "advice" on installation. Fast forward to this past Saturday and it is leaking. Joe knew exactly what the problem was before he even came over and thankfully had worked on installing back flush toilets previously and even in our community which was a major bonus. He fixed everything in about 30 minutes, was incredible knowledgeable, and friendly, there is no doubt we will be utilizing his services in the future.
