Joe was punctual, gave me a fair estimate and then performed all three jobs in a timely and professional manner. When the job was done he cleaned up, explained how each replacement operated and gave me a 1 year warranty for the work. He did not deviate from his original estimate. I would feel very comfortable in referring Joe to all friends and family for their plumbing needs.

AWESOME!! I called on Saturday morning and he was here within a few hours. He said he had a few other jobs he had to do that day and ours was going to be time consuming. He said he would call and let us know when he could do it. The next afternoon he called said he would have time the next afternoon. He was here at 11 am and finished the job within a couple of hours. He was a quiet worked as well as respectful and courteous. I Highly recommend him.

Excellent experience. On short notice, Joe made time in his day to come evaluate old tank and determined if a tankless would be a good fit. Install was completed within two days of contact with no hassle or trouble. He treated the install as he was doing it for himself!

We recently had our hot water tank replaced by Bossong Plumbing and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Mr. Bossong was very quick to respond to our desperate need of a new tank, as we have 3 small children in our home which makes it nearly impossible to be without hot water. He discussed our options of switching to a tankless vs another tank and answered any and all questions we had. He was able to provide us with a new tankless system-even on a holiday where it could have been impossible.
