We will address your plumbing issues with honesty, and do what is best for you and your plumbing system now and in the future. We will present options for solutions before any work is done, so you know exactly what will be done, and what it will cost you. I started plumbing, as an apprentice, for a local family company when I was 15 years old. I am now a registered master plumber with over 15 years experience in all aspects of the trade. I take a lot of pride in my work, and I treat customers and their homes how I want to be treated when I invite someone to work in my home. Contacted three plumbers and liked Bossung's promptness and quote. He provided a date for installing two new toilets which was ok with me. He arrived along with his assistant and did the agreed to toilet installation. We had already bought the units. Work was very satisfactory and no problems so far.

Very pleased with the work completed. This is the second time I have used this business in my time of need. The first time was during a busy holiday season when I almost attempted the job myself. This was our first and second time using Joe (two separate trips/issues). First, he actually did the work himself, which I find rare these days and I greatly appreciate. He also was extremely responsive and came when he said he would despite a busy schedule (and I'm sure some appointments take longer than expected for various reasons). He communicated very effectively via phone and used text/email to discuss prices and different options with me.
Description of Work: Joe fixed two bad valves (hose bib and main shut/off ball valve) as well as our regulator. He also provided an estimate for us on work we may or may not do in the future.

Description of Work: We were 5 hours away from our home and we got a call from our daughter saying there was a problem. There was water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor. We had our friends give us the name of a plumber they used, who was Jeff. We called him explained the situation and he said he would be there within the hour. He was punctual, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and even came back a couple days later to make sure things were right and installed a new faucet. We were very appreciative and relieved, especially when we got the bill and thought it was very fair and reasonable for the situation.

Very well. Joe came to our home in a reasonable time frame, diagnosed the problem, proposed a plan to address the matter and ultimately made the necessary repairs which involved replacing a failed valve mechanism. We are very pleased with Joe's professional approach and his results.

Great. They were in time, very neat, and honest.

I purchased a deal from Angi's list and Joseph contacted me right away. He suggested a date to do the work, but accommodated my preferred date. He was prompt and professional. He reseated out toilet and let me know about a couple of minor leaks that he also fixed. I was very happy with the work.

It went very well! He was very familiar with the problem and repaired it very quickly. So quickly that he was embarrassed about the short time it took. So much so that h offered to fix any other plumbing issue we had. Since there were none, he actually showed my wife how to make the Fawcett repair if it should ever occur again. Mr. Bossong is a very professional and customer friendly plumber, and I will definitely hire him again if another plumbing issue arises.

Everything went great, and we were very happy with the end result. We plan to hire Joe back when we start our kitchen remodel.
Description of Work: After researching and reading reviews online, we hired Joe to add laundry hook-ups, including an emergency drain pan and dryer vent in the exterior brick, to the second floor of our 100+ year old house. Needless to say he had to investigate the pictures of the facet needed (with the manufacture via pictures I had sent). He went and picked up the part and came within four hours after I initially called.
