Fantastic. Mike responded literally within hours & he was unbelievably conscientious. He spent an hour & a half in my home and left only when my problem was completely fixed. Consummate professional. Good guy too.

Mike was extremely responsive when I called and arrived exactly at the time scheduled. We had an infestation of small ants and some mice. He found the probable entry place for the mice and sealed it. We have had no mice since. He scattered deterrence materials around the perimeter and sprayed inside and out. We have had no ants since. What is noteworthy about Mike's service was his passion for teaching us about ways to prevent further occurrences and about the materials he uses. I would recommend him to everyone.

Mike from Township Pest was AMAZING! He worked with my job schedule, and came at 7:30am, so I wouldn't need to miss any time. He walked me through the trouble spots outside, and even filled an opening around the sump pump pipe at no additional charge. He explained every step of the process, gave suggestions and helpful tips on future issues, asked questions about kids and pets. He was amazing, was there to sell anything additional, just wanted to get rid of my insects! Highly recommend, you can't go wrong with Mike and Township Pest Co. Super nice and friendly as well!

Mike, the owner of the company, showed up on time and did the work in a very professional manner. He explained what we were dealing with, and was very friendly and respectful.

One of the best experiences I have had with a service provider. I talked to Mike on the phone the day before and he gave me a service window of between 10:30-12 the next day. He arrived right on time 10:30 sharp. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He even took the time to make sure our newborn son would be away and safe before he began his work. he took time to explain exactly what needed to be done and how what to expect. BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU HAVE A BUG PROBLEM IN THE BUCKS COUNTY AREA GET THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike arrived in the time slot he provided me. Extremely friendly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was kind and friendly to my one year old and even let him play with the flash light. Fortunately, there were no signs of mice and all is well. He cut the price in half because there was no need for action. He was extremely thorough in his search and explained everything he was doing. Tony Robbins of pest control was at it again. Its more like Tony Montana at this point. Just as much fear as respect. We had service for ants in May and have not seen anything till date. I think the mice are still terrified.

Mike is a true professional, and I hire him for seasonal pest control every year. We get ants in our kitchen every spring/summer, and Mike always does a thorough and effective job. He is responsive, knowledgeable, well-priced, courteous and gets the job done -- he is definitely my go-to provider for these services.

Mike was very professional, and informed me of what his plan would be. He was prompt and completed the service in about an hour. He gave me the warranty information and also provided me with information on a quarterly plan. I highly recommend him - I will wait to report back when i find the dead bugs around....the spray used was odorless, and was safe for the dogs and kids after it was completed.

I was getting large spiders inside, primarily on my first floor, as well as carpenter ants. He came the same week, did a thorough walk through, sprayed inside, outside, and left some sticky traps. It's been less than a week but I have not seen a single thing and normally I would have seen quite a few by now.

we had Mike out before. We have an unusual problem with circadia killers coming into the house. Mike came right out on Saturday and sprayed the are and said he would he come back as needed. Highly recommend his service

cy Went great. It was a Saturday my house was being attacked by bees. He said he was finishing his day however due to the situation he came right out and took care of the problem. He was pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain exactley what the problem was and what was going to be done to fix the problem. He also said that if the bees should return in 48jrs he would return, treat, and there was no additional charge. Also I must say he was concerned enough that he didn't charge me an emmergency after hour fee.

Mike did a thorough inspection of the house including the attic and determined that these were old bait traps for voles. He cleaned up the bait traps as well as some old vole waste on top of a cinderblock wall and plugged a hole in that area. He walked around the outside of the house and made suggestions such as removing some old tree stumps to prevent future ant/termite issues, trimming bushes back away from the house, grading the soil away from the house and other useful suggestions. It was easy to contact Mike to schedule this and he arrived on time. Mike is very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were able to use an Angie's List coupon and he told us the flat rate for Angie's List members if we ever need his services in the future. I highly recommend Mike of Township Pest Control.

The service was outstanding. I am completely satisfied.

My phone call was returned promptly and courteously and we were able to schedule service for the same day. Mike arrived when he said he would arrive. The final price matched what I was quoted over the phone.The first step was a walk around the house to review where the problem areas were. In a half hour he treated all the nests that I had behind my shutters. ( He even fixed some of the shutters which were being pushed out by the nests). He removed the large nest I had hanging from the back door. Mike was very pleasent and shared with me several additional pointers regarding how to keep pests away. After the service was completed he also explained what I need to do if I needed additional service and what additioinal costs would be. Overall I was very pleased with this service. service

Mike was very professional and courteous. I really appreciated that he came out the same day I called. He did his thing to remove the nests and he cleaned up after; even wiped the sink counter after he washed his hands. I hope I never need pest control again but if I do, I will call Township Pest Control.

For about two weeks had been noticing ants on the kitchen counter and occasionally in the cabinets. There was no ant trail and no obvious place where they were gaining entrance. Would randomly see 25-30 small ants throughout the day. Was becoming a hassle to deal with so looked on Angie's List and called the highly rated Township Pest Control. Mike called back within two hours of my call on a Monday afternoon and I explained our ant problem. He said he would be able to come over on Wednesday between 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM. He arrived before 5 PM. Showed Mike where the problem was in the kitchen - the counter and a couple of the cabinets. He explained that he would use granules outside around the entire perimeter of the house and a gel on the window frame and around the door threshold where most of the ants were seen. Watched as he completed the work and was able to get an education on ants. After he finished the job at hand told him I had seen a couple of Carpenter ants upstairs in the bathroom and bedroom. Mike went up and did a through search and did not find any evidence of an ant problem there so he declined to do any unnecessary treatment. Mike said to give his treatment five days to work. If any ants returned in the next 60 days he would be out free of charge for a retreatment. The next day, I saw 0 ants; day two 3 ants' day three 1 ant; day four 0 ants; day five 0 ants and no ants since. Mike seemed honest and explained different options to deal with the problem. The price with both an Angie's discount and a Senior discount was right and his treatment worked as advertised. I would certainly use Mike again for any extermination needs I might have.

As I said, it went just fine. We were very pleased with Mike's response, his knowledge, and his honesty. Mike could have come to our house, done a treatment, and charged an arm and a leg. But he didn't. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. If we ever do need an exterminator (hope not!), Mike is the first person we'll call. The ants were gone within a matter of days, and -- fingers crossed -- haven't been back.
