Mike loves what he does. He's enthusiastic about each job and welcomes explaining to his clients why they have the problem they do and what can be done to resolve it. I found him when searching the web and he was one of two who were open before 9am. He answered right away and talked to me about my issue. As he was already prepping for a previously booked job, he told me he would call me back from the road - which he did. He told me he would come back once that job was over to take a look at our situation. Not only did he come by, he patiently explain everything to us, addressed our issue, and was gone 3 hours before the other company called me back from the message I left them earlier that morning.

We had a giant hornets next hanging from a tree branch near the house (which made me very nervous as we have 3 young kids that love to play outside). I texted Mike a picture of the situation on Sunday afternoon and he said he would come out at 8am the next morning to take care of it. He treated and removed the nest (another place i had called said they would spray it but not remove it), and when he opened it up he showed us hundreds of hornets eggs that were just waiting to hatch! So glad we called him when we did. While he was there he also took a look in our stable and treated a yellow jacket problem we were having. He was very nice and professional, and I would highly recommend him for these services.

Township Pest Control is a one-man business. Owner Mike Snyder is great! I've used him for at least 5 years now. He's prompt, polite and great to deal with. Explains things thoroughly when asked. And if something unexpected pops up, I text him and he always gets back to me within a day. He comes out between regularly scheduled appointments to take care of the problem at no extra charge and is always happy to be of service.

Mike arrived and treated the suspected area. He was quite sure he found nest in a hole in my foundation. He said it would take 48 hours to kill the whole colony. He said if they were still alive after 48 hours, he would return at no additional charge , and do the treatment again. After 48 hours there was no yellow jacket activity whatsoever. I am very pleased.

Mike was very knowledgeable and personable. Explained what he would do and what chemicals he would use. He also examined the rest of the outside of the house to make sure there were no other issues that he could handle while he was here. Problem solved. I would definitely use him again.

Called and they arrived a few hours later. He sprayed and removed the hornet's nest and even took care of some cicada killer wasps. Best price I found and quickest service.

Mike showed up on time, friendly and helpful. He discussed what he would do and he proceeded to spray and address the nest. Mike was very helpful and was very thorough in his inspection of where I had evidence of mice. He also checked the outside of my house and throughout my house and basement where this problem could have persisted. He was very informative, and explained everything he was doing and what should be done to mitigate the problem. He answered all of the questions I had, and spent time addressing all of my concerns. We’ve had an issue in our home since we moved in 5 years ago. We had two other companies over the years, neither of which found the real problem. Mike came out and made a suggestion to solve the problem. We followed through, having our contractor do what Mike said, and found the root cause of the issue we’d been having for 5 years. Mike was professional, worked well with our contractor, and knew what he was looking for to find the root cause of our issue. Always goes well. That's what I call Mike. I make and appointment and he always shows up on time with the utmost professionalism. We had a yellow jacket nest somewhere in the basement walls as we were dealing with them fairly regularly. My kids are in the finished basement with toys and xbox a fair amount so this needed to be rectified. Full confidence in having my mother in-law meet him at my house, and let him do what he does. I get a total understanding of what happened and how to prevent in the future. Expect NOT to see bees in my fun room this summer. Makes my wife happy with my 6 year old playing downstairs.
