Description of Work: litigious tenants - rude and outrageous claims by their lawyer: We called randomly from the list a couple more of Angie's List Pest Control companies as follow-up to confer about procedures that the Pest Control company we had used to rid our rental property of rats had followed normal procedures. Mike Snyder of Township Pest Control very graciously spoke with us on a Saturday - Saturday hours, confirmed he would have followed the same procedures, and spoke very highly of the company we had used and said to not bring another pest control company into the mix. Very professional.

Description of Work: We had an ant problem in the kitchen, bath and family room. Called in the morning and Mike arrived that afternoon. He explained the cause, suggested remedy, and cost. He applied bait around the external perimeter of the house. The ants were gone the next day and have not returned. No high pressure, price was very reasonable, and an annual service contract was not required.

Description of Work: Mike sprayed and put down granules outdoors to rid us of ants. It went very well, and he told us the work would be guaranteed for 60 days. He did a very thorough job. And he discounted the work thanks to our membership in Angie's List!

Description of Work: He came to exterminate my house, we had evidence of silverfish. He was extremely professional, explained everything, and answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: After changes with my typical exterminator at my investment property presented some reliability issues I was forced to find a new company that can keep my property free and clear of any pests....they came when agreed, explained everything in detail and gave me the confidence that I have one less thing to worry about with a monthly maintenance set up.

Description of Work: An elderly family member wanted an exterminator they could trust and not from a large corporation. Someone they would feel comfotable bringing into their home. We found Mike here on Angie's list. After one phone call with him, i was sure he was the one for them. Mike was very caring and respectful of all their needs & questions. He took the time to explain every thing he did & why he did it. He put them at ease. We thought my relatives had a pest infiltration. It turned out that they did not. Mike took the time to check the entire house. He put down the roach bate and began the process of getting rid of the pests. We will definitely use mike again. I will call upon Mike from Township Pest Control, when I need an exterminator at my home as well.

Description of Work: Approximately 6 weeks ago we had an ant problem that needed to be addressed and Mike successfully resolved our issue in one visit. We really appreciated both his knowledge and honesty. He did not try to hard sell us maintenance plans and other services that some others had tried to do. Instead he focused on our problem and charged us what I consider to be a reasonable price. He also resolved some other pest concerns that we presented to him (birds nests, spiders). He was in no rush and willing to share much of his knowledge with us. I hope I don't need to call him again, but as a homeowner I realize pest issues will sometimes occur and Mike at Township Pest Control will be the first person I call.
