He was great! He identified the swarm and let us know it wasn't dangerous and what to do to get rid of it.

Mike Snyder called me back and we made arrangements to meet the next day. He surveyed the whole house, cleaned up some areas and left some traps for insurance. He talked me through the whole process and left me with a good feeling that we had addressed the situation.

Mike was excellent. Very educational and thorough. We have not seen a single ant in the house since his visit and thanks to him taking some extra time with us, we now have a better idea of how to prevent the problem before it begins. He also gave us some totally unrelated tips, which, as first time home owners, were very valuable to us. Would recommend him any day.

Great. I asked him to come 1st thing in the morning and he did. Mike showed me where mice are getting in and listened when I said I don’t like glue traps, glue traps can be cruel. He asks about kids and pets and really looks at the whole house and discusses options Great service at a great price.

The owner, Mike Snyder, showed up for service and walked us through the process and gave a heads up on how the service works. He treated the area and suggested we keep an eye on the activity around tha area indicating a return. Sure enough the pests started congregating around the area and upon placing the call, Mike showed up promptly for a retreatment - AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Phenomenal professionalism and customer focus. We will sure count on ‘Snyder’man when there’s a pest problem at our new house.

It went very well. He went above and beyond and I like there is only one person we are working with.

Mike came out and inspected the house. Instead of looking to just make money, he was genuinely interested in helping us solve our problem. He said we had already put down a lot of product but we had not moved furniture and sprayed and vacuumed under the beds. We did not want to bomb the house and he didn't recommend it. Following his instructions took care of the problem. SO HAPPY to find an honest person. He did not charge us a lot for the inspection. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mike Snyder arrived on time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. Mindful of pets. All appeared to go very well. However, ants have returned. Have to call them to come back and retreat.

He confirmed they were flying ants and since I sprayed them there was nothing he had to do. He explained why he thought them were coming in and charged me nothing for his time. He was very nice and easy to deal with and I was very pleased at the quick service.

They are awesome. We thought the price was extremely reasonable. He was great and he stands by his work. If you have a problem, he's coming right back. He didn't charge for anything extra. He is great.

They were absolutely wonderful. He absolutely solved our problems. We had ants in the back on our patio. No matter what my husband sprayed, it would not work. We were thrilled to get rid of the carpenter ants. Whatever the price was, it was very reasonable.

They did fine. I thought they were expensive, but they did a good job. They came when they were suppose to and did what they were suppose to.

Mike Snyder took my call and said he could come right over. He was there in no time and removed the nest in no time. He is pleasant, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs any pest removed.

Mike did a great job- he's friendly, professional, responsive and I plan on calling him for any future pest control needs. I had noticed bees flying around a particular section of our house. After my attempt with a can of Raid, the bees came back. Mike took the time to explain what he was going to do and what materials he uses and offered to spray a second time if necessary at no extra charge. I'm pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

This was my second time having Mike out to spray for me. I was seeing multiple ants a day and a few big spiders a week. He sprayed last fall and I didn't see ants for more than 6 months (still no spiders). Had him out again this summer when I started to see ants again. Been a month so far, haven't seen them back. Getting use to what to expect in my new home and if spraying twice a year keeps all the insects outside, it is WELL worth the small price. Mike is a good guy, prompt, and remembers my preferences. He even remembered that my husband sleeps during the day so, rather than ringing my doorbell, he got right to work spraying the exterior perimeter. I am very pleased with his service.
