Description of Work: I called Mike and he was very helpful on the phone. He took his time and asked me questions and gave his opinion and advice on what to do next. I appreciate that he helped me trouble shoot the problem before coming out. I will do his suggestion and if it still appears there is a problem I will call him back for service.

Description of Work: Mr. Snyder successfully treated a carpenter ant infestation and baited for mice. We appreciate that he is the owner of the business and uses the least toxic materials that will do the job. We would happily use his services again.

Description of Work: Had bee problem in eave of house and treated myself and sealed - still a problem and Mike advised that a second treatment not need but that I should not have sealed - unsealed and bees handled. Credit to Mike Snyder for not repeating treatment and advising free of charge

+ -1 moreMike was great and very professional. He really explained what he was doing and the EPA requirements of what he was using. I have small children and am pregnant so he was very aware of wanting to not use anything toxic around the house. We were set back on days coming because of rain, but everything was done in a very timely manner. He was extremely easy to get a hold of as well.
Description of Work: Laid pellets around the perimeter of our house for carpenter ants as well as sprayed all first floor windows.

He explained how all the poisons worked and gave us information and poison control information. He set glue traps and even left extras with us. He showed us how to handle the situation if one of our children got into the glue trap. Very nice. Very professional.
