We were extremely pleased. Mike came out and knew exactly what to do. He was not only very knowledgeable but he was very helpful in explaining to us how to keep our home as bug and pest free as possible. He went down into the basement just to make sure there were any other hidden problems. He explained everything he was doing so that we knew we were getting our money's worth. On top of all of that he was a very nice person and we had a good chat about all sorts of things. It went so well that we signed up with him right then and there to have him come back every few months as a preventive measure. By the way, that wasn't his idea it was ours. In other words, he didn't try to sell us on that service we asked him. We're thankful to Mike for his excellent service and we're thankful to Angie's List for helping us find him.

UPDATE:..mouse chose a noble self inflicted termination. Found on Sat morning while cleaning. Ridiculously satisfied...more like overwhelmed. Let me start by punctuality. This is not comcast (be here between 8 and 12 maybe), this is..An appointment at 7am...mike is in the driveway at 6:57. Besides the early time slot so I did not have to kill a work morning/day, Mike was on time. This is one of the items we looked for when we got his name off of Angies list in the first place, and it was referenced several times. Then comes the professionalism/courtesy/genuine manner in which he operates. Knowledgeable, straightforward, and educating. Kind of like a Tony Robbins of pest control. Its apparent from minute one that there was years of experience and not a kid with a 5 hour course. 100% TOTALLY satisfied. Can't say enough. Hopefully I will not have to see him again (in light of the reason he was there in the first place), but in the event that another mouse comes back (and does not pay rent), Mike will be the first call. One more thing....never once did I hear....this may need to take several treatments. I got the idea that Mike is not expecting to come back. I read comments and complaints pest control that the industry is notorious for the additional billings,,,I mean "treatments". My feeling is that this mouse is either dead, moved, or wants to sign a lease.

Mike was very helpful. He gave me a lot of suggestions to help me with this problem. He is a very nice man. He knew from the start of our phone call he was not going to get my business because he he has opted not to deal with bed bugs removal; however, he did say on the phone with me for 45 minutes.

The first visit did not get rid of the ant problem, so Mike returned a second time and used a more invasive spray. That was Saturday, Nov. 13. He told us to call if we still have a problem. I did see one live ant today, Nov. 15, but I'll give it a few more days and hope they go away! If they don't, I know Mike will be back here on the spot,

I picked Mike because he had the best reviews and the best price, and I'm glad I picked him. Mike explained all options to me and we decided on the best course of action given that I have pets at home. He came out with traps, and in addition to setting them, he taught me how to do it for future use, and he taught me tips on how to prevent future problems. His information was invaluable. He was very personable, helpful, and patient with all my questions and concerns. I recommend him, and would use him again.

Mike listened to what the problem was, discussed several solutions and performed the work accordingly. He scheduled the work the same day, as per our request. We started (not) seeing results pretty much right away. Yeay!

Mike is very interesting and talkative. He was responsive--calling me back within a few hours of my initial message. He was also prompt and called me when he was about 30 minutes from my house, so I had time to get home from work. He explained what the problems could be and reassured me that he saw no signs of squirrels or mice nesting. And as a bonus, he taught me how to close my windows properly! Apparently, he was a window guy in another life! I will definitely recommend Mike to my friends and family.

We discovered a furry guest in our home yesterday. We called Mike who came today. He was friendly, competent, efficient, thorough, and professional. He educated us about our options for intervention. He performed his intervention in a manner that made us feel we were in "good hands". He was friendly and professional.

Several days back I noticed a drizzling of saw dust when opening the garage door. Some days I did not see it at all. then this morning while doing a routine check of my gutters, I discovered a fair sized hornet's nest on the side of the house, and decided to have that removed professionally, and I would ask the service provider when he came about the sawdust. I called TWPCC and Mike told me he would be right over - and he meant right over - he was here in about 30 minutes. Mike inspected the outside of the whole house to confirm there were no further problems, and when I showed him the sawdust he said it was carpenter bees and he would dust the area for us. The hornets nest was removed without any problems and then Mike dusted the garage area for us. Mike was very pleasant and very professional, he did a great job, and I would not hesitate to call him again in an instant if we have another pest problem. He was just great.

Mike is very professional and courteous. He knows his business well and it shows. While inspecting my home he discovered more than my home inspector did when we bought the place last year. He is so thorough I wish I hired him as my home inspector. Mike will continue to be my pest control professional.

Great! I called on a Thursday and the gentleman was at my house the next Wednesday. Mike walked around my property to assesss what needed to be done and made recommendations. Those recommendations were not just what I HAD to do but also WHY it needed to be done. He went to my crawl space and treated the area, Treated my windows and the perimeter of the home. Out biggest problem were bees, yellow jackets, ants and stinkbugs. I haven't seen an ant or a stinkbug in a week! We also engaged him for a monthly service until the fall. On a side note, I was grateful for his time and his kindness. Mike is a class A human being and definitely welcome at my home.

Mike Synder was very responsive - answered my questions on phone, spent time and did not rush off phone- it was even off hours- I scheduled a time and asked him if he could come earlier to please let me know- he did call me and was able to arrange schedule to come earlier-he was very professional - was very concerned about our dogs and cats and suggested best ways to eliminate the mice with out hurting our pets- he provided additional advice on how to provent future problems- he was was very nice and had a good sense of humor- would definitely use him again and highly recommend him

Our experience was great! The gentleman arrived right on time. He immediately examined all of the areas we reported seeing ants as well as our entire home and the adjoining property. He walked me through the entire house and pointed out issues that could be resulting in the current (or future) infestations. For example, he pointed out that how the ground is graded next to the home may be causing water to settle near the foundation and can be attracting the insects. He was very friendly and conversational and provided a lot of recommendations on how to prevent future infestations. He then laid down food-based bait and poison around the perimeter of the house that was pet and child-safe. He also set out "pucks" within the house that would allow the ants to take poison back to the nest. He placed these in areas where our children would have access and only used a spray in inaccessible areas of the home. The ants were 90% gone in three days and 100% gone in about a week. We haven't seen anymore since.

Called this company because of ranking on Angie's List. Owner answered the phone on second ring, we negotiated a date for him to come and treat the small building I rent and live in for a stubborn infestation of sugar ants. Mike Snyder answered his phone on second ring or so, professionally and efficiently arranged for a date to visit and treat the property, was clear about the price and that payment was due at time of service, gave the Angie's List discount, called ahead on his way, performed the service cheerfully and quickly, and left a very positive impression of a young man who really understands good customer service.

Excellent. Mike promptly returned our initial call and set a service date withing one week. He called on the morning of our service date and actually came earlier than scheduled when an earlier job finished early (called to see if that was okay). He was very thorough in his inspection, did not cut any corners and explained everything he was doing.

Mike was fantastic - start to finish. He was responsive and came out on schedule. Even though he came to only treat the kitchen and attic area, he spent 45 minutes looking at the house - inside and out, top to bottom. He advised me on how to fix problem areas (eg gutters, siding etc) in order to prevent moisture, termintes and other bug problems. After his thorough inspection, he treated the areas and charged a VERY reasonable price. I can't express enough how impressed I was with Mike.

We had found droppings in the basement that made it clear that there were mice. Mike came out quickly and reassured me that there were only a couple of mice at most, and they were confined to the basement, and that there were no signs of babies. He theorized that the mice had come into the house inside my Halloween decorations-they had probably crawled into the scarecrows and I carried them in when I put the decorations away! He explained the types of traps, I chose what made sense for us (poison in child-safe traps). There have been no further problems. He was very helpful.

It went very well. Mike explained the problem and went over proper preventive measures and suggested a follow up appointment to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue to use Mike for my exterminating needs.

It took a little longer to get rid of the ants using these bait methods, but ultimately, they worked. Mike had to come back once, and did so quite cheerfully and didn't charge much for the second visit. I would definitely call him again if we cannot rid ourselves of insects.

The cost includes several different visits to my home. He was very responsive and called back quickly. He kept on returning until the problem was resolved. He is friendly and pleasant.

I made the two request to exterminate wasps and yellow jackets at different addresses, located about a mile apart. The yellow jackets were in the ground, inches away from a friends wheelchair ramp. I know that yellow jackets get more dangerous in the fall, and can attack in large numbers. I was concerned for both my friends and my own safety when going up or down the ramp. Mike Snyder first eliminated the yellow jackets, then came to my house and exterminated the wasps behind the soffit. I know the wasps were falling down onto the driveway when he exterminated them, but he cleaned up; I checked later and was not able to find any. I checked both locations the next day and was unable to find any remaining activity. Mike only charged me for my home, not my wheelchair bound friend, which he didn't have to do. Mike also gave me 15% discounts, one for using Angie's List and one for being a senior citizen.

Everything went as expected. Mike was very courteous, prompt and polite. He explained the treatment and provided tips on how to avoid these types of problems in the future. He took into account our kids and pets and treated the areas so that they would not be affected.

We noticed a large hornets nest in our tree. I called Township Pest Control, left a message, and my call was returned the next day. I made an appointment for them to come out that same afternoon. Mike was very professional. He quickly removed and sprayed the nest and dusted the tree limb so the insects would not return. There was no mess or damage and his price was very fair. I highly recommend TWP PC.

This is the second time Mike has provided service to us. Instead of a large company where I cannot count on who will be out each time, I decided to give a small owner/provider a try. Mike is very responsive and thorough. He asked me to remove some old rotted firewood from the back that the other company never bothered to mention. The rotted wood is under my deck obscured by a lot of vegetation, I am thankful that he made his way in there to check thing out. So far, I am happy with the service rendered.
