GREAT! And, really, who is so excited about an exterminator? This girl! Mike was the NICEST, sweetest man and he did a GREAT job. I really enjoyed our time today (yup, really!). He was informative, nice, hard-working and effective. No little ants since he's arrived. Worth every penny (and btw - I have utter confidence that he will run back if I do see ants).

Great experience and this was not the first time we used Township Pest control. Even though the owner didn't charge me to come back I always "take care" of him in some way. I don't think he's getting wealthy but he personally added value to our relationship by being a sincere, knowledgeable human being who has given me hope for mankind. People like the owner are the type of people that I joined Angies list to trust, work with my friends and family and share the planet with.

He's very thorough and friendly. He takes time to explain to you what he is doing. He is responsive and he schedules so it is satisfactory for the customer.

I found pests in my kitchen and sprayed my entire kitchen with pest spray, and nothing happened. When I called Mike, he was easy to reach. I described the pest situation I was experiencing over the phone, and Mike was able to determine that the pests were pantry moths. He explained ahead of time what he would do to exterminate the moths, exactly what I could expect, and what I should do in the meantime before he arrived (i.e., what I should dispose of from the pantry and what I should still keep). It was easy to get an appointment quickly, and he was punctual in arriving. He confirmed the type of pest and treated the entire house with human/pet safe insect spray and moth traps. He also treated the outside of my house and noted some other signs of pests (e.g., empty wasp nest). He was extremely informative and explained how the pests probably entered the house and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. Most of the pests were gone in a couple of days, and within 2 weeks, there were no signs of the pests. Mike was also extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would call him again for both preventive treatment and also for any additional pest issues. The cost was $145, and he gave a discount to $130 for Angie's List members.

Mike was fast to respond. He offered a coupon through Angie's List. I didn' t have it available at the time, but he still honor the discount. He is very personable.

Called Mike to get a termite inspection on a house that I am considering purchasing. He answered the phone but was involved with something else at that moment and told me that he would call me right back. Within 5 minutes, I got my call back. He was extremely professional and honest! He told me that he did not do that service but gave me a few recommendations to achieve my goals. Would I recommend him or use him for future services? In a heartbeat!

Mike came by today after a morning phone call for some maintenance work on our home. He was able to come earlier than scheduled, and it worked well for everyone. He was professional and systematic, working and explaining to us the treatment, safety, and helpful information for maintaining a bug-free home. Additionally, he has a very good work ethic. We will most likely work with him again come spring to set up preventative treatment.

I recently found a flea on my dog and was able to determine that he also had "flea dirt" (flea fecal matter) in his fur. I started reading articles on line and many people recommended "bombing" or spraying the house. Having a pregnant wife, I thought it would be best to contact a professional. I contacted Mike and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He didn't push his services on me and in fact recommended that I take some steps myself to understand the magnitude of the problem. If the "white towel test" he recommended showed a major infestation, he was more than happy to help but wanted to be very careful with any chemical solution given my wife's pregnancy. I'm going to take his advice of making sure that dog is treated first (already done), doing the "white towel test", and vacuuming like crazy. He could have easily told me that he needed to come to my house and treat it for whatever his service fee is. I would have obliged as I want to eradicate the issue ASAP. Instead he gave helpful words that will keep money in my pocket and more importantly keep my wife safe. It's great to know that there are professionals like Mike still out there! Mike is the man!!

never a problem. Mike responded to our every call and concern as if we were his own family. Well, maybe even better than if we were family. LOL More like we were his only customers. Outside bees gone after one treatment. Bees totally gone after treating attic on return visit. Very responsive to our situation in regard to charging for return visit. Mike has been our guy for a few years now and will be our "bug guy" for as long as he is in business and we have pests.

I am used to having a few yellow jackets as uninvited guests each year at this time. Usually, they are lethargic and are not really a bother. Not so this year. Shortly after noticing that the YJ's were around, my den and other rooms downstairs were literally over-run with the little bastards. Every light was surrounded by six or more critters and my den can only be described as "swarmed". After several stings I retreated upstairs and by leaving some lights on downstairs, I hoped that the second floor would be safe. That was OK , but not a solution. So, I got the number for Township Pest Control in Warrington from Angies List, and because of his high customer service ratings, I made the call. I can tell you that Mike's service was top-notch, on time as agreed, and completed thoroughly --despite some discomfort to himself. Call Mike first.

Mike arrived at the condo promptly. We had a wasp problem on the deck that I tried to correct myself by spraying the nest. Within a few days the wasps appeared and I sprayed again. Shortly afterwards, the wasps reappeared and made a nest under the siding. Mike treated the entire area and we are free of wasps. He also told us that he would come back if the wasps reappeared.

Since hiring TPC for the first time last year, I have engaged the company for a monthly service (March-Oct). Mike is professional, courteous and goes beyond the role of being the bug-man (as he once called himself). By that I mean, that if he sees something that deserves the attention of the homeowner, while going around the premises, he will take the time to tell you. Other people wouldn't care. We live in a property that has quite a bit of trees. We had a problem with ants, wasps, yellow jackets and stink bugs. Since we hired Mike, I have only seen one stink bug in the past year, ZERO ants in the house and the flying friends have kept their distance. I will and would hire him again.

The carpenter bees are back. They use non-toxic chemicals. They were professional and responsive. I will use their services again in the future.

It looks like everything was done correctly. Overall, it went good.

The guy’s name was Mike and he had a lot of good reviews on Angie’s list. He came and treated for ants but it did not resolve the problem, and so I had to call him back out. In his defense he was trying to tell me that he used a milder pesticide because I have a cat. He came back out and put down some bait, and he said it should work in a week. It never really did. He said that if it doesn’t work to call him, and he will come and spray. So I haven’t called him and I really do not know what I’m going to do. I don’t know what chemicals he’s going to use because I don’t know if it’s going to be safe for my cat or not. I kind of think the ants are coming out from somewhere and I need to may be clear some things away. I need to figure out where they are getting into the house. I’m not sure if I’ll use his services again in the future.

Went very well. I was given detailed information on each concern. There was genuine concern for environment and use of chemicals. Work was completed in a timely fashion.

Mike did say to call if we saw the insects return in the next few days and that he would come out again if needed. So far I have only seen a few hornets in the yard.

Mike arrived at the house promptly. When he was shown the wasp nest behind the house siding, he asked questions to diagnose the extent of the problem. Then he explained in detail how he intended to deal with the wasps. He proceeded to do the work quickly and efficiently. As he was leaving--after I had paid him--he noticed a wasp nest in a different location. He proceeded to get his equipment out again and remove that nest too--at no extra charge!! He stressed that we should watch the nest (behind the siding) and call him in five days if it needed retreating.

It was excellent, you will not regret using this company, very personalized service.

I've used Mike for a pest problem in the past and found him very knowledgeable and reasonable. I will definitely call Mike again and recommend him to friends.

Mike showed up on time and was professional and courteous. He explained the chemicals he was using and how they were environmentally-friendly as well as the typical behavior of carpenter bees and recommendations for preventing their recurrence next year. He was also willing to return the following week, at no charge, should the carpenter bees reappear. He was also willing to climb out on our flat second floor roof to check where there might have been additional bees. Should we have another insect pest problem, we'd be sure to use him again. He did mention that he doesn't deal with any animal infestations.

Mike showed up a little bit late but was very knowledgable and didn't try to over sell me products. He informed me of the products he used and how long everything would last and gave me a limited warranty if I had problems. I would use him again in the future.

From our first phone conversation, I found Mike to be courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He spent ample time evaluating the problem and suggesting solutions, and was especially sensitive to our priority of avoiding any products that could be hazardous to our beloved pets. The estimate he gave me by phone matched the final bill exactly, including a generous Angie's List discount. It's been just over a week since his visit and the problem appears to be solved. He was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

I called yesterday and he was here today right within the range of time he promised. He did what needed to be done, smiled a lot, took his check and left. Perfect!
