I was very impressed with the service performed. Mike was prompt, obviously very knowledgeable in his field, friendly and courteous. I thought his charge was very reasonable and that he cares about his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

We called Mike (the owner of this company) to discuss available options for ridding our house of mice. He happened to be nearby at the time and came directly to our house. When he arrived, we recognized him from a prior job he'd done for us about a year ago (dealing with ants), which we'd been very happy with. We had lost his contact info, so we checked Angie's List and selected the highest rated Pest Control company, and it turned out to be him. He remembered us too, and gave us a generous discount on the price he'd quoted us (which was already reasonable) due to our being repeat customers. Mike is very knowledgeable and conscientious in all aspects of his work. He asked at the start if we had any specific concerns, which we did since we have several pets who we did not want to jeopardize with poison. He did a thorough examination of our home, asking further questions and establishing which areas our pets have access to. He then proposed and implemented a strategy tailored to meet our needs. He was a pleasure to work with and we will not lose his number again!

The gentleman was prompt in returning my call and arrived on time once arranged a date. He examined e the home interior and exterior, explained the products and process, was careful about my pets and plants, responded to all my questions and concerns. Overall a satisfactory experience and I would use his service again.

Mike is great. He answered my call and called me back in an hour to discuss my situation. He was clearly very knowledgeable and knew what the insect was I described as well as what types of insects are common in my location. We talked on a Friday and he came on Monday. He also told me what he would do and what the exact cost would be, including the discount of $15 he gives to Angie's List customers, on the phone before he came.

When I entered my zip code (19146) into the search engine, this company came up as one that definitely serviced my area. But when I called just now, he said it "would be a little far for me to come to South Philly." So if you live in South Philly, don't bother calling. Very polite and professional though. I don't know what is the root of this discrepancy, but it seemed worth reporting.

All visits from TWPPC have gone very well. The exterminator was very professional and explained the process in detail. He explained all chemicals and their uses, was very thorough, and I have used them three times now and will continue to. Additionally, one of my coworkers has also used Township and was very pleased with their services.

I called Mike in the early evening and he scheduled the service call for the following day. He was very knowledgable, and provided some information regarding how the nest functions. I found it very interesting. He made me aware of some general safety concerns that might arise as a result of the treatment, and treated the nest. He advised me to call him if I saw any further activity after 48 hours, and he would retreat the area no charge. However, there was no activity after checking the area 20 hours later. Mike is very personable as well, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Mike was polite and knowledgeable. When the bugs didn't disappear the first time he came back and sprayed again. I still see one or two, but much better than it was.

I would recommend Mike to any of my friends or family members. Very through and professional.

Mike was great. He performed the service requested on THE SAME DAY that we originally contacted him. He also did a complete exterior and interior survey of our home and educated us about different things to watch for in the future. He explained how our AC unit works and taught us how to deal with the same issue if it were to happen again. Two days later, when we had a question about the work that was done (there were a few lingering wasps), he was (again) prompt to respond and very thorough (the nest is completely gone). One huge plus about Mike is that he answers his cell phone; there is no playing phone tag. Mike went above and beyond what we expected and we will definitely use him again. We HIGHLY recommend his services.

Mike is lovely to talk to and deal with. He always picked up his cell phone so i never had to leave a voicemail and was easy to get in touch with and schedule the appointment with for the next day after my call. You can tell he has so much knowledge and is an expert in this field. We have had a mice problem for a couple years in our basement but my husband had set traps and done an exterior of the house inspection and we had no success in fiixng it on our own. He was skeptical of if anyone could come in and find the problem that he couldnt find. but i got tired of co-existing with the mice so i finally went to Angies List. Well Mike is an excellent inspector and he came in today and found the source of our problem (small hole in the cement foundation), and he found the nest (hidden behind the insulation). He set stations of poison to get rid of and kill what he suspects are maybe 3 adult mice. my husband has now filled in the hole with a concrete crack repair product. he gave me the cheaper option of having my husband vacuum the fecal matter and dispose of the dirty insulation or for a extra $30 he would do it for us. We just wanted it done and my husband dislikes anything dealing with rodents - so I had Mike do it. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

We called for a quote and within a week he came to treat us both internally and externally for ants. He came back in two weeks to do a second more aggressive treatment. He is very simple and honest to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

The tech was friendly, professional and on time. First he inspected the house inside and out then shared his findings. Then he went over various applicable treatment plans and options. He was patient and explained verything thoroughly before proceeding. He did not rush through the service but rather provided a very complete job. He was well worth the money and we were very, very pleased!!

Mike was great! First, he scheduled my appointment so that I could meet him at my home on my lunch hour which I really appreciated. Then he arrived right on time. I was having a problem with swarming, nasty bees. Mike clearly explained what needed to be done and let me know that the chemicals he would use were completely safe for people and pets (I have two dogs). He also explained that one application may not be enough, especially given the warm winter and number of bees that found my house appealing. He told me what to watch for and said that he would come back for additional applications, if needed. Mike was true to his word and returned to do a second application when the bees tried to return a week later. If I have any other problems with pests or insects, I will definitely call Mike again. He made getting rid of the bees a pleasant experience.

Mike took his time and explained the products he was using, made sure he did not use anything harmful to pets or children. He was very caring and thoughtful. The best part was that there was no odor inside the house at all. Great job!

Their price was very reasonable. He was great. He gave me recommendations on things that I could do, and really took care of our issue. We had an ant problem, and I would definitely use him again when it starts to get warm again, because they attack us.
