Excellent communications, prompt arrival to schedule and very courteous service. Determined the issues associated with my situation and remedied the issues. Suggested follow up work (Replace outside lights) and offered to come back and install under the deal already purchased.

Though company clearly advertises "troubleshooting", which is why I purchased the deal of "$119 for $200 of Electrical Service", they said my purchase didn't cover "trouble shooting" and that I needed to read the fine print. I looked again and didn't see any fine print. Perhaps I am just missing it. We agreed I should just get a refund through Angie's List.

The major work we requested was to install a bathroom ceiling fan/light fixture in an opening that currently contains a ceiling light fixture. The room has electric radiant ceiling heat. We provided this information and the dimensions of the opening for the fan in an email. We then requested information concerning the look of the fixture and received a copy of an installation manual, followed by a photo after another request. The fixture was in pieces in the photo and it was unclear whether it contained a light and a fan. When we questioned about this in another email the response was that the electrician would need to come out to see the bathroom. When he arrived his mood seemed taciturn and he seemed unaware of the information in our emails and glanced up at the bathroom ceiling. We also asked him to take a look at a chandelier in which a few of the bulbs were not working; his response was that it needed to be rewired. After we asked about instead fixing the contact points for the few bulbs, he said that was also a possibility. He also gave terse responses to our questions about a couple of other issues. After two months we were informed that he could not find a fan that would fit. So we requested a refund for the cost of the Big Deal.

Jeff and the Kircher team are great; and I had no problems with their install of a new electrical panel. I have since used Jeff again after the deal I bought for the 200 AMP panel for other smaller work. The box itself (gray metal thing) could have been a bit higher quality. They use an admin to handle scheduling / estimate issues which is always a big help, compared to trying to hunt down the tradesmen themselves. Would definitely recommend.

I was happy with all the work that they did. There were absolutely no problems that came to mind in terms of any of the service that they provided. The experience has been good and I can't imagine it being anything otherwise for this very last appointment that I have with Kircher. It probably took me a little while to make the appointment for the Big Deal service. I had to pay for the lights but I don't have to pay anything over and above the $119. The only over and above that I'm going to pay is for the upcoming appointment and in that case, they were very straightforward in telling me how much I have left to spend with them and they said this would actually put me over. They actually contacted me and asked if I wanted to use the rest of the deal. It was flawless in every respect but I also remember the timeliness and the courtesy of their employees. The installers were excellent and the quality of the work appears to have been very good. Their pricing is fine. Even in the absence of the agreement that I purchased, they'd be the one I'd call when I need to have electrical work done in the future.

THe work they did was good - have had no problems with any work they performed. I purchased a $200 couple for $400 of work which they honored. Only have one minor issue - one was I wanted a couple of under counter lights installed in the kitchen, but, they were not able to do that as the other work was not not until end of day though arriving a bit earlier might have helped.

Prepurchased Angie's List Deal $119 for $200 of Licensed Electrical Work. Description of Work: Simply install 4 basic bedroom ceiling lights at existing capped locations. No existing fixture to remove, no wall switch to install. Price Quoted: $466 ($266 in addition to $200 coupon value) This was more than double quoted by another licensed electrician. When asked about why there was such a stark contrast in price to other estimates, the explanation was not clear. It was not conveyed in terms of time or materials, but "based on price listings in binder" to include placing drop cloths and cleaning up ?? Responsiveness/Punctuality: Arrived 45 minutes later than scheduled 2 hour window. Although the office clerk did call to inform us that they were delayed. Professionalism: Neat in appearance and well mannered. Gifted a business pen and offered to do future electrical work.

No work was done, as although his estimate was reasonable, after comparing it with a few other estimates we received, our tight finances was a deciding factor in choosing the electrican who had a lower estimate, with comparable reviews. The receptionist who I spoke with was very polite, professional and helpful. They were willing to try to help us, even though we are probably at the maximum radius of their service area, and they responded with their estimate promptly, especially with our tight schedule, as we had arranged to have the new range installed in less than a week from when I first called. Although they were not the electrician we choose for our project, based on my experience with speaking with them, their prompt reply with their estimate and seeing how they were willing to work with us despite the distance, I would recommend them to others.

It was a breeze to deal with Mr Kirchner. Surge protector was installed properly and efficiently. The audit revealed a need for an additional electric panel. Mr Resnick will do the installation.

Jeff did a great job. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly explained the work he did and exactly how to use the new setup. I did some comparison shopping and Jeff gave me a great deal, and the new set up worked perfect when tested.

Jeff did the work quickly, and to got everything done on time and on budget. I would def hire Jeff again.

All went well. The nature of the work I was requesting was rather urgent, and I know they had to squeeze me into their schedule. Jeff was very professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely hire Jeff for future electrical work.

I am frustrated that after I purchased the Big Deal for this company they contacted me to tell me they don't cover my area. I believe that it was a waste of my time. It would make more sense for the company to state what areas they cover within the description of the Big Deal, so I can decide whether to buy it or not.

Jeff arrived on time and performed the work and was finished by late afternoon. He cleaned up any dust created and everything was back in its place. The electrical panel is in place with all circuits marked and all kitchen appliances on separate circuits.

I was very pleased with Kircher- they came on time, explained everything, and completed the work promptly and professionally! Everything works! I expect to use them again in the future for additional work. Very happy!

Estimate was too high, cancelled service. Got a refund of "Big Deal".

Excellent- I use Jeff and his team for all my electrical service needs & they always do a great job. He really knows his stuff.

It turned out okay and I wasn’t impressed. They informed me of what they should do. They only replaced the fixtures and didn’t find out the cause of why they were not working which is what I asked them to do. It was a fair price for the work they did. I am not sure if the deal was worth it. They also never asked me if the placement of the fixtures were where I wanted them. They were efficient and they worked neatly.

The contractor came out and provided an estimate that I thought was too high so I told them I did not want them to do any work and they didn't.

It went fine, perfect. I just paid the Big Deal amount. The people were very good. They were courteous and friendly did a great job. I am happy with the work they did. They are excellent. I would use them again in the future.

That was great. I set them on my beach house and I have no complaints about them at all. Yes, it cost an extra cost aside from the $99 big deal because there is a couple of other things to that. It’s not beyond the stipulation of the big deal it was that they needed to get some improvement stuff like that. They needed to change the electrical line. I think the whole things cost around $375 that’s an additional. An additional is $200. Well, what I like is that they were thorough. He did do some inspection of my other receptacles of the house. That was appreciated. But I did not like is the fact that it cost me much more than on that I was suppose. Anyone’s business – I thought about he did not understand what I want to flourish and there was this man doing their work while he had his associates so he could do the work and I think he did not get exactly what I wanted but they stated that this gonna work. It was well done satisfactory. We are just surprise that it did not function at first and he did not question. He assumed that we understood it.

All work done as promised and according to schedule.
