Great service. Had this done a few months ago and forgot to review. I have used Kircher before and am always happy with them. Professional and thorough. They are my go to company.

Job went very smoothly and with high quality. Electrician corrected some incorrect and out-of-code wiring from previous jobs.

Everything went great. Kircher came the next day after I reached out to them and the job was completed in under an hour. Kircher came at the time they said they would and I've had no problems since the job was completed. I've used Kircher in the past and have had nothing but a positive experience.

Jeff was prepared for the job and had the necessary tools, ladder and extra parts with him when he arrived. The job moved along quickly and was completed in the time allotted. After the fan and controller were installed Jeff explained the operation of the speed and lighting settings. Jeff is a personable guy and he didn't mind me asking a lot of questions while he worked. If I need any electrical work in the future Kircher Electric will be my first choice.

They were very professional and prompt. So far everything is going well. They are very reliable.

The outlet and lights was fine but afterward, I realized that some other outlets no longer worked. I called them but they are booked weeks in advance so I just called another electrician and he fixed all the issues. Seems they unconnected something and did not put back. Kind of sloppy in my opinion. They were very nice however and I guess mistakes can happen.

They installed a code for my box downstairs, they went through my whole house because it wasn't labeled, they've also put in switches in my house, they've put in lights in my house, they put lights on my new deck, all kinds of stuff. What stood out the most was price and professionalism.

What stood out was their timeliness and professionalism.

It went very well. We've used to use them at our old house, and were so satisfied we asked them to come out to our new house too! They gave us a free evaluation, and we agreed with everything and decided to work with them.

Scheduled estimate. Had to wait a week. Received call at 5pm (4pm - 6pm window) stating guy too busy, need to re schedule. If a company can't adhere to estimate appts., they certainly won't adhere to any others.

No problems. Nice people. Did excellent work.

I have to call customer service to get a refund. It's kind of scam. They make the deal and then the guy tries to charge me $115 to rent a sap ladder for the day for slapping out a light fixture. So essentially they give you a discount or waiver and then he makes the money back by charging you four times what it costs actually to run the ladder and half of what it would cost to purchase one outright, so that was kind of a scam so I kicked him into the cab. They respond to their message. I actually never got to talk to the electrician himself. It was his office manager or administrator.

Was not available for three weeks and I ended up doing it myself

Installed low voltage landscape fixtures on pre-existing low-voltage wiring. Initially went well. Reason to put new fixtures was because light bulbs kept burning out fast (less than 2 weeks). I wanted Kircher to inspect the wiring and put better quality fixtures. Bulbs again started burning out fast, less than 1 month. Transformer was upgraded. Soon after bulbs started going out again and fixtures started falling over. Kircher said it was my landscapers mower that was knocking down the fixtures. Absolutely not them because there would have been marks and scuffs and scrapes on the fixtures. They were simply hanging over, 3 of them. Anyway, after arguing this point with them, I thought they would come out and replace the bulbs and tighten the fixtures with their tools (since it needed a special wrench to fix) besides, should I be replacing bulbs again so fast? Something must have been wrong with the wiring, which was the main reason I wanted new fixtures in the first place. They sent me an invoice of 5$ each to replace a bulb. I thought this was insulting because 1, I can change a bulb (which I tried to do myself but it didnt work), and 2, they should have done it because of the short interval in which they blew out again. They took about 2 weeks to come out and inspect things when they not so surprsingly found that wiring had come loose. Still, I paid for the bulbs. Also, they charged me extra money for bulbs that supposedly werent working 33$ a piece. I knew for a fact these bulbs were working. I had just seen them working 2 days prior. They should have demonstrated to me that they werent working before replacing them. Still, I paid them for it. I am hoping this will prevent others from being taken by this company who has no problem nickle and diming people.

I would not use this person again. He is not honest.

I was very pleased with him. He is very good, very reliable, he gives you an estimate to everything. One of the best thing about him is that if he is doing a lot of work for you, he will tell you how much each piece of work cost before you commit to it. I thought his price was very good.

I really dealt with them minimally. My husband was here dealing with them and he did not say anything negative about the whole incident. So, I guess it must have been okay. The work they did is working. They were here within a week after we purchased the Big Deal. We probably would use them again in the future.

The technician was outstanding. I highly recommend based upon his customer service skills and integrity.

All went well. Showed up on time.spent time listening to me as we'll as explaining everything he was doing. Pointed out several things that needed to be done in the future. Professional and courteous.

I had them install 2 outlets. I have used the company in the past. The electricians are all very good and have a lot of integrity. They do seem to be younger but are very well trained and knowledgeable. I have a lot of confidence in Jeff the owner and he has even been out a few times. They were pretty booked up from the deal but I did not mind. I believe the owner also had an accident so the scheduling delay was understandable.

Jeff came by and provided us with the estimate, at which point we scheduled an appointment with Jill. At the day of the project Jeff came by with an assistant and they went to work. They put down drop clothes to make sure that none of the dry wall pieces got on the carpet. After installation they then vacuumed everything and made it look just the way it was. Furthermore, Jeff offered me free advise by looking at my circuit breaker panel and helping me figure out why certain lights were not turning on or off. I plan on using his services in the future for any additional projects.

The electrician arrived exactly on time. Was very pleasant, and discussed the details of the job. He performed the work neatly and well.

I purchased a pool salt generating chlorinator. It is an electrical job. I spoke with the manufacturer. It involved making electrical connections and splicing the unit into a spa. They replied that they were at least 1 month out. My job is supposed to take less than an hour, I asked if there was anywhere on the schedule I could be added. Then the replied, it's not an electrical job, it's for a plumber. I even sent them the manufacturer's link. (Not according to the manufacturer.) I have requested a refund.
