Description of Work: They never showed up for appointment to look at job, no phone call, just did not show up. The next day I called their office and they said they were too busy to do the job.

Description of Work: They checked all the outlets in the house and installed a ceiling fan in the bathroom. I purchased the fan and expected it to be done on the scheduled day, they had to come back another day to do that and that was how I accrued the charges.

Description of Work: We were happy with our service. The total cost was $233 (however, we paid $119 for $200 credit--so our cost was $152.00). We had an electric outlet added in our laundry room. They were professional and very nice. We did find out that they do not install heater thermostats.

Description of Work: Purchased deal for electrician to work on electrical connection of new LG drier...they were unable to provide service until well into next month...this is unacceptable since we need to dry clothing. We were told we could get a refund of the original payment and are in the process of finding an alternative electrician. It isn't really fair to ask us to grade the experience since no work was done...we are very unhappy they cannot perform in a timely manner but are sure they would have done a good job since they are on Angie's List.

Description of Work: The technician was professional in attitude, promptness, etc -But the job was not accomplished in line with my agreement. I wanted the plasma TV to be installed without wires showing, and was told by phone that the owner could do that. His co-worker came instead, seemed a little challenged by the request. I left him alone to do the job. At completion, I was required to pay for additional time. Not only do the wires show, but there is a connection I do not understand. It seems not to be the cable OR the electrical connection. The TV does work.
