Description of Work: I am requesting a refund for the Big Deal that I purchased for 2 hours of electrical labor service from Kircher Electric LLC. I scheduled service with the company and they were a no show, TWICE. For the third re-schedule, they cancelled because the location for service was out of their service area. It is 1 mile further than the location they had originally agreed to service.

Response from Kircher Electric LLC
When (deleted member name) purchased the Big Deal from Kircher Electric she used a Dresher address, which we assumed was the service location. When she called to schedule her appointment she gave a Philadelphia address. Even though the deal had a list of specific cities Philadelphia was not one of them. We were willing to work with her and go out to the Philadelphia address since she already purchased the Big Deal. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts her appointment had to be rescheduled. When (deleted member name) rescheduled her appointment she gave yet another Philadelphia address for a different rental property. Kircher Electric was never a no show and we made every attempt to contact the customer. (deleted member name) was given several phone calls in order to set up her appointment, which was hard to do. She was working around her tenants schedules. We apologized for any inconvenience and tried to offer to have the service completed at her residence in Dresher which she declined. If we had known from the beginning that the service location was in Philadelphia we would have told the customer upfront that we do not service that area.

Description of Work: Assessment of outside/ deck electrical wiring. The service itself was done well and the interaction was professional. The one feedback that I have is that it took months before I realized that I had to call them for an appointment. It took about another 2 months before I can be fit into schedule. Once they were able to provide he service, it was done well.

Description of Work: I called the owner and set up an appointment for Tuesday January 8th 2013. He confirmed the appointment .He never showed up. I called him about half an hour after the appointed time and he responded that he is still on the job and was not aware what the time is. I asked him if it would have been possible to call me i advance so that I would not have to leave work early. He seemed incoherent , and did not answer my question. I declined the offer for an additional appointment next day.

Kircher Electric apologizes for what happened with Member. We had a very bad day starting with one of our technicians calling out and Jeff Kircher was out on an emergency call that took extra long to complete. Jeff apologized to Member several times for his inconvenience and tried to remedy the situation to no avail. We would willing to do the work at a discount if Member would like. As you can see by our ratings, this is not how Kircher Electric typically operates. Again, we apologize to Member.
