Ehrlich Pest Control

They come out every month to check for pests. They are effective. Their price is reasonable. I have no reason to consider looking for anyone else for pest control.

I really love Bill, my technician. He is absolutely fabulous. He is more than willing to help me out with any little project I may have to do. I trust him and he does his job well. He is very personable and keeps me informed of what's going on. He is very professional and it's been a great experience dealing with him.

They are a large group. They come every couple of months for general bug control which has worked well. I have had a standing contract with them for the past few years. I pay them yearly online. I am satisfied with their price. They are always here on time. Everything has been going well so far and I haven’t had any problems with them. They have always been there whenever I have had an issue. I would continue to use them again in the future.

It is an excellent service. They are responsive and address your problems.

We have a continuing agreement with them and it has worked out satisfactorily. They have been good to work with. We are fortunate that we haven't had any big pests. We did have an invasion of some black ants, and they seemed to clear it up first. Our experience has been very good with them. I haven't compared them with anyone else as far as pricing goes, but it sounds a little high to me.

We have been impressed with Ehrlich's quality of service and will continue to use them.

I haven’t had any problems with them. They come out every few months to check our termite traps, but I don’t always see them. They put out termite bait and come check for activity. They always leave a note when they come. I haven’t had any bug problems since I’ve had them. It seems that they are pretty reliable.

I have been using them for years. Everything is fine with them. I had them even in Maryland and kept them when I shifted to Pennsylvania. I think that their staff is very friendly. They know what they are doing and they are very prompt. I have a yearly contract with them and if I have any issues throughout the year they come out in a timely fashion. I lived here with my parents and moved away and the same service has come now. So it is the same services they have now as before. I have been very pleased with them.

I have been very satisfied with them. They check my house and they check the outside. They come and go through the house. I had some mice in the garage. They put the food out for the mice to kill them. I have never used anybody else. I don't pay them by check; it just comes out of my checking account.

My overall experience was good. I would recommend them.

We called them to take care of a rodent problem. They placed traps inside and poison outside. The technician was very careful since we have small children and a dog. The first 2 visits went fine, the technician was friendly, efficient and punctual. The third and final visit was scheduled for a Friday morning but the technician never showed up and never called. It was a holiday weekend, so I didn't call the company until the following week, but in the meantime, the technician visited unannounced when I was not home so he was unable to check the inside traps. The phone number on my invoice was incorrect, so I had to come online to find the proper number. The operator, while friendly, basically wanted to know what the problem was. I had to request another visit, which was scheduled without problem. Essentially, a couple months later and the mice are still there. They never went away, we could always hear them. We just figured out they are chewing on our dirty laundry in the basement, ruining many articles of clothes. They are waking us up at night, scratching in the wall. At this point, we will be paying more money for additional services, but from a different provider.

I called several pest control companies and selected Ehrlich bases on price and availability. They arrived on time. The guy took his time and we discussed several options. I told him we have a special needs child in the house and my concerns about where and how much he sprayed. When he walked in he was waring protective booties so our hardware floors wouldn't have scratches. He sprayed in the selected areas and outside. Within 1 week all the antswere dead. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of their guy. I want to say his name is Bill but I have to examine the receipt. They also provideda chemical sheet explaining the various hazards and other information I could look up. I would definitely have then out again!

The service was completed and have had no issued since the service was performed.

They are wonderful. They are professional and they come when I ask them to come. We have been dealing with them for years. I rate them high overall.

It's a monthly payment of 39 dollars. They have a bunch of different programs. They take care of everything besides bed bugs. The inspected for termites. They solved the problem and told me what he was doing. They gave me a senior discount.

I am on a monthly plan with them where I pay $69 a month for termite control package as well as a pest control package. I think that they are awesome. I have been with them for about a year and they are very professional. They come every 3 months to check the house whether I call them or not. They do a very thorough job. They look all over the house and even the outside with a ladder. They are very polite, professional and courteous. Unfortunately I have had to call them every month and for various problems. They show up the next day after my call every time. The same technician comes out every time and that saves me the time to explain everything to different people. The amount of money I pay them would be much more if I were to use someone else.

They were supposed to do indoor and outdoor pest control. They did the indoor and they claimed they did the outdoor, but I don't believe them. I would not use their service in the future.

They are very professional and seem to take their job very seriously. They will take them time to answer all your questions. They are an amazing company to work with. They were able to calm my nerves. I would continue to use this company in the future.

We signed up with a yearly contract (they charge a one-time fee, then $40/month and I can call them as many times as I want for whatever pest problem I have). This has worked out so well for us due to mice in the winter, as well as bees and wasps in the summer, and also spiders throughout the year. They schedule routine appointments every 2-3 months and if I need them additionally I just call them. The same technician works with us as well. The techinican is always kind and pleasant to work with. I’m happy with their services.

I pay them $36 a month and they come out about three times a year and spray. They have a scheduled treatment and then if I have any problems I can call and they just come out. Recently they came out and treated ants. I think they do a good job. I like the guy that comes and does the work and he is the same guy that comes.

There are carpenter bees because we have a cedar siding house and they’ve really helped a lot. They come and spray on the inside and now we are free of mice. I guess it's not their problem but we were told that the same person would come which is sort of helpful. We live in the woods and I'm here by myself a lot and it's nice to know whose going to come. I know the time that they are going to come but it hasn’t been the same. I don’t know if that person is not working there anymore or what happened. Other than that they’ve been friendly and they’ve been prompt. They come when they say they’re going to come. When we have a problem other than the time that they're supposed to be scheduled, they come. Especially with carpenter bees, they want to know right away.

My experience was very positive in all respects--when I called the office I got a prompt response and an appointment scheduled for the next day. The two different guys who came to the house, one to bid the job, the other to set the bait, etc, were both prompt, friendly, reassuring (important when you're freaked out about having mice in your house!) and professional. I had read up about mice eradication on the internet, so I had an idea about what should be done, and that is what was recommended by Ehrlich. I didn't feel that they tried to sell us more services than we needed, which has happened with other companies doing work on my house.

They are very prompt and they do a nice job. We had a situation where we needed somebody to come out quickly and they were there. They are very reasonably priced and very efficient. We've been using them for years.

I called a couple of exterminator’s from Angie's List. The other company was very knowledgeable and capable, but this company offered a warranty that lasted for the rest of the year. The nest was located on the side of my home. They offered extensive and invasive solutions, but because I chose a more invasive solution from the options they gave me, the warranty was very handy. This company was always punctual and professional and was consistent with their service. They ended up coming out about 3 times, but it was all taken care of less than one low fee. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I called them to come out and do some mice exterminating and they came out and set the traps all around my home. I called them following that to come out set some traps that they forgot and set an appointment to check the traps. They set an appointment for two weeks after Christmas and I have not seen nor heard from them since. They were a little bit cheaper than some of the alternatives, however it turns out that cheaper is clearly not always better.
