Description of Work: Ehrlich came to our rescue a year and half ago for an ant infestation found during a renovation project. We signed a maintenance contract with them for ongoing issues and have been extremely pleased with the responsiveness and knowledge of their team.

Description of Work: We had a termite problem we found when having other work done in our basement. Ehrlich was called after doing some research and came out and found there was evidence of termites that was not as serious as we were expecting. They installed some devices outside and came back a few months later to check the sites where the devices were put. Very professional.

Description of Work: We had a terrible problem with carpenter ants. I chose Ehrlich due to their rating on Angie's List. The Salesman (Blake) arrived on time, was very thorough, and very professional. The Technician (Jim), also arrived on time, very thorough, and very professional. Jim explained what he was going to do, did it well, and followed up on everything. Jim quickly found the ant nest in my house and destroyed it. My only complaint was that inside sales did not follow up promptly to schedule an appointment after Blake quoted the job. I explained that time was of the essence, and Blake agreed. One call to Blake several days later took care of the scheduling issue within an hour. Overall, I highly recommend Ehrlich. Ask for Blake and Jim, and you cannot go wrong.

+ -1 moreTHE FIRST PERSON WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND EDUCATED ME ON MOLES AND THE PROCESS OF EXTINCTION. HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE BECAUSE OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S UNFORESEEN PROBLEM, SO HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE A LITTLE LATE BUT WAS ON HIS WAY. THE INSPECTOR WHO PERFORMED THE SERVICE WAS POLITE, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND ALSO FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: THEY GOT RID OF MOLES IN MY YARD. AFTER CONTACTING MANY COMPANIES, I DISCOVERED THAT EHRLICH IS THE ONLY ONE WHO DOES THIS. THE INDIVIDUAL WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE TO ESTIMATE THE JOB INFORMED ME THAT EHRLICH IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT HAS DEVELOPED THE TECHNOLOGY TO GET RID OF MOLES, AND THEY HAVE ONLY JUST COMPLETED THE RESEARCH ON THEIR PRODUCT WITHIN THE YEAR. THE INSPECTOR CAME AND HUNTED FOR MOLE TUNNELS, PLACING FLAGS IN THE GROUND TO ID AREAS WHERE HE PUT HOLES IN THE TUNNELS. HE RETURNED IN A FEW DAYS TO FIND WHICH TUNNELS WERE ACTIVE AND PLACE THE BAIT. HE CONTINUED THIS UNTIL THE PROCESS WAS COMPLETED AND HE FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF ACTIVE MOLE RUNS.

ERLICH WAS MOST INTERESTED IN SELLING ME THEIR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN. I FELT LIKE I GOT NOTHING FROM THE VISIT BESIDES THE COMPANY LINE. IF THE PROBLEM IS CLEARLY IDENTIFIED AND YOU ARE READY TO TREAT, I'M SURE THEY WOULD DO A FINE JOB. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE AND DIAGNOSIS OF YOUR PROBLEM, I REALLY CAN'T RECOMMEND ERLICH.
