Overall, it couldn't have gone better.

I spent about $ 3900 on that service. They did a really excellent job and I was going to hire them when I needed to have another tree done, but they could not get into the back where it was going to be to have the stump ground. They were professional and I would hire them again in an instant.

My experience with them was very good. There was a branch that was not cut initially. My husband came home and said that it was my mistake that I didn?t tell them to cut that branch. The arborist came out personally and sorted it off. The workers were very nice and one of the workers explained how he was pruning the trees because he knew that I was concerned. They were hand pruning and did a nice job. The price was competitive and right on target with other prices that I got.

Davey responded quickly to my request for an estimate for pruning two trees and removing one tree. While they were here for the estimate, they noticed that our japanese maple and holly bushes were showing signs of distress and they recommended deep root fertilization for these which was also included in the estimate. All work was performed within the next few days. The team who performed the work was professional and courteous. They explained all the details of the work they did. Another team came a few days later to grind the stump. This work was thorough and neat. Overall, we were very happy with the Davey service.

Everthing was very simple. I did not need to take time off work for the estimate. I was able to draw a map, fax it, then they came to give the estimate. What I need done was very straightforward. The work was very neat. One of my nosy neighbors told be the job was done very prfoessionally. I was not home during the work. The payment process was simple as well. I was able to pay online. I would highly recommend them, work was done neatly and hassle free.

The quality of work was great, their timeliness was terrible. They started the work and did not come back for a couple months to finish it.

This entire experience was awful. Communication from the company only came when we contacted higher ups at the corporate headquaters in Ohio. I would never use the firm again.

From the time I made the phone call until the job was complete the service was nothing but profesional. The rep. came out on time and didn't waiste time.Bob looked over the work I wanted done, understood what I wanted done and gave ne a prompt est. The price was under what I thought it was going to cost. The day the wosk took place I was not home, when I got home the place was cleaner than when I left. I was very impressed with there work. I would not heitate to use them in the future .

I first called a company I had used before. Their price was too high so I went to Angie's list to find someone else. This company's price was more in my price range so I made an appointment online. I received a reply online. I didn't hear back so I gave them a call to make sure I was on the schedule list. I received a call and was told I was on the list for someone to come to see the work to be done. A proposal was given and I accepted. I called another time to see when work would begin and was told it had been completed. I said the trees look the same. The representative explain just what had been done and told me if I would go and look at the trees I would see the pruning cuts. He also said he would return and check the work again. He came back and said his men did an excellent pruning job but they needed to trim the sides more. He would send them out again. I appreciated the fact he explain the work that was done and he would return to make sure it was done the correct way.

They did it on a budget, didn't leave a mess, and everything was done expertly and safely.

at first they didn't cut everything down, but then I explained what we had agreed to and they came back and did everything.

A man came out and took the time to explain to me what work needed to be done. He told what work was optional and what was required. The price he quoted me was one fifth what the other guys were charging. When they came out to do the work, they did a terrific job. They cleaned up so well after themselves that you wouldn't have even known that they had been here.

A really large tree need to be removed from the front lawn of a house I had just purchased. Two additional trees also needed to be removed. The crew showed up and promptly dismantled the largest tree and then removed the others. They also cleaned up some trimmings I had left from the hedges and took out a small holly that was against the house. (The large tree removal was the scariest thing I have ever watched and I don't recommend watching, if you ever need a large tree taken down.) Everything was done, however, without crushing anything or anybody, and the area was left clean and as neat as you would expect after having a fleet of large trucks on the lawn all day. The stump grinder was not working that day, but appeared within a day or two and reduced the stump to a huge pile of shavings. Everything was done professionally and the crew was friendly and very skillful.

After I called to obtain an estimate, the representative came the next day and I received a written estimate within one day. I was required to sign and return the contract. After a week, I still hadn't heard from them. After leaving messages two days in a row, I received a return phone call from the office informing me that the representative would call me the next day. It took another phone call from me and two days before I received a call back to schedule my serivce. The representative told me the service would be done on a Friday. When nobody showed on Friday, I called again and left a message. The rep. called back and said there was a mistake and the tree would be cut down on Saturday, rain or shine. It rained on Saturday and nobody came or called. On the following Monday, I called and said that if the tree wasn't removed by the end of the day, I would hire someone else. I never received a call back. At 3:30 on that Monday, I faxed a letter canceling my order. I never heard from anyone from the company.

They answered my questions promptly and gave good suggestions. They guaranteed the plants to stay alive throughout the year and told me they would replace them if they died in the winter. They were very cordial and made adjustments when I didn't think something looked right. The whole experience was great!

We discussed the service on a prior call and then on the day of service reviewed. They were very responsive.

They came out, removed the tress, cut them up, and hauled away the debris. They did a good job. I would use them again.

They were very professional and considerate of the property. They came two days after I had called them to do the work. I requested they leave the debris because we burn wood in the fireplace, and they did.

They took a total of 3 days to complete the job. The weather was a big part of the scheduling but they did an excellent job. A bucket truck was required for the tree in the backyard. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. The job required a lot of cleaning up as the trees and shrubs quickly piled up. Both yards were left in immaculate condition. Now that I have had the trees removed, I look forward to hiring the company again for landscaping work.

They did a great job. They didn't remove the stumps themselves, but subcontracted.

They were very good. They came when they said they would and they cleaned up well. The people that actually came were very knowledgeable, as was the person who came to give me the estimate.

One of the trees was near an A/C unit so I was a little worried but they took it out with no problem. They were very reasonable on the price, and a delight over all to work with. They were great.

THIS IS A SOLID COMPANY. I WAS NOT OVERLY AMAZED WITH ANY ASPECT OF THE WORK, BUT HAVE NO COMPLAINTS EITHER.
