Very fast and professional service

I had the option to take down the windows myself to their shop for same day replacement . Would have saved about $70 per window but just did not have the time to get there and back. Rand R was able to come and take measurements from outside, saving me from losing a day of work. They called me with the estimate. Unfortunately, they were booked almost 2 weeks back in terms of scheduling the install, so i had to wait. They arrived at the time they said they would and took about 45+ minutes to replace the glass for the 3 windows. This was a cheaper alternative than replacing the windows outright. Would definitely consider them again.

I had a broken window in my garage. I don't remember the exact amount we paid, but it was very inexpensive. The owner came and did the work himself. He was professional and they were there when they said they would be. |I will definitely use this company again.

I dropped the glass off around 12:30 on Tuesday and they had replaced the cracked pain of glass by 1:00 the next day for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again. I removed the glass and grill from the sash to save a little money. If they have to remove it they charge a little extra. Either way they do good work for a reasonable price.

It went very well - the receptionist, owner, and worker were all very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable and the scheduling was very convenient! The best part about the whole process was that I didn't have to put any money down until the job was completed and I was happy. I have already recommended Rand R Glass to my friends, co-workers, and neighbors!

The whole process was extremely pleasant. This business is clearly well run--from the friendly, professional employees in the office to the owner himself and his team of technicians. It was a smooth process. Within a few days of the initial phone call, they came out to take a look. By the end of that day, we had an estimate. We promptly accepted it, and the glass was special-ordered. (I don't think special ordering is always required, but in our case it was.) A few days later, the office manager called proactively to schedule the installation. We got it on the calendar, the owner and his technicians came, sawed out the old glass, and came back two hours later to install the new glass. The grates between the panes of glass were reused. The new window glass looks AWESOME. Only "complaint" is that we should've done this years ago! If we have an issue again, we will be calling Rand R in quickly.

Every step from my initial phone inquiry, to the completed project was a great experience. I set up my appointment with ease at the first call. The appointment time was at my convenience. Don, the owner and his assistant, arrived for the initial look on time. He was well informed, quick to zero in on what needed to be done and polite. He said I would receive a call late in the afternoon or early the next day with a price quote. I was called that afternoon with the reasonable price of $495.00. The next day I called to set up the work day. Once again, the date was at my convenience. The work was set up for the following week. When the day arrived they were here promptly to remove the cracked window carefully and without any mess. They return a few hours later with the new window. The installation was done was done in under an hour. What more could you ask for really?!

Excellent work with nothing negative to report

Project went well. Showed up on time, worked diligently, finished on time. Did very good quality work. Cleaned up fairly well. Except for a few delays and unreturned phone calls during the estimate phase, everything else was good.

INSTALLERS WERE VERY QUICK AND CLEANED UP WHEN FINISHED. REMOVED OLD WINDOW FROM PREMISES. EXCELLENT PRICING. I RECEIVED ALTERNATE PRICES FROM OTHER WINDOW INSTALLERS AS MUCH AS TWICE THIS AMOUNT.
