They came out measured window and went out of their way to answer all our questions on a few items that we needed repaired with the mechanisms for two windows. The repair was completed the day we scheduled all with phone calls to confirm, etc. I have already recommended them. We used this Company years ago and the service is excellent.

Over the years, the two panes cracked and lost their seal, so water began to drip in. R&R was one of the few glass experts who had the ability to replace the two compromised panes. So many others wanted to replace the entire bay window structure. Not only were these guys on time, they were thorough and the level of detail was fantastic. I felt like they gave me 100% of their attention and were not focused on trying to hurt up and get to the next job. I would strongly recommend R & R Glass for anyone who needs glass work and values experience and a quality job done right the first time.

The job went perfectly. The guys were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, timely, etc. They came out to the house to measure the windows, called promptly with a price and came back out to replace them within a couple of weeks. I will definitely call them again to replace others.

Don gave a window of when they would arrive..and that they would call 1/2 hour before getting here... Don called..arrived on time....they removed the old kitchen window pane first..it was fogged up... Installed the new window pane quickly and carefully...then cleaned it... Then the went into the family room..removed the old window pane..it too was fogged... and installed the new window pane quickly and carefully..then cleaned it... Excellent workmanship..professional..polite...real nice guys to deal with... I definitely will call them again for any future problems... I am a stickler for clean windows and the fogged windows drove me nuts..nice to see clearly now... Great job guys...

The quote arrived by e-mail the same day with a price of $550 complete. On the date of installation, Don returned, arriving on time with a helper and replaced the window in about an hour's time. I had a coupon for a 10% discount from a local newspaper and presented it to Don after the work was complete. He deducted the 10% with no problem. Both he and the helper left the work area extremely clean, including cleaning the new window. I would highly recommend their services. John F

Called for estimate, guys came out when I was not home to give me a roundabout figure as I was researching the job. When I needed a more accurate cost, they came out again when I was home to measure inside, their estimate was the same. I called another time for questions on the warranty. Each time I called, they were very professional, answered all my questions easily, booked me in a short period of time, and came out promptly. I got prices from Home Depot and Sears, but R&R Glass beat their prices by a lot. I believe Home Depot was lower than Sears and they still quoted $1,200. R&R Glass quoted and charged only $850. Home Depot's rep suggested I get another glass replaced (also above my door), but Don, the owner of R&R Glass, who was measuring inside my house at the time, said I did not need the second window replaced because it was not leaking. Don and his staff came out and replaced the large picture window in a very short period of time. I can not over-emphasize how professional, respectful to my property, careful with all the scaffolding and going in and out of the home, and clean they all were. And they were nice as can be. While Don was up on the scaffolding, he asked if I needed any bulbs replaced on my chandelier. I could never get that done any other way, so I was so thankful that he asked. I ran to the store and bought all the bulbs immediately, while the guys worked. Don replaced all 18 bulbs on my chandelier! Way above and beyond. Plus their being a locally-owned small company is icing on the cake. I would recommend them highly to everyone I know and I would never use anyone else for my glass in the future.

We have been in our home for 15 years. This past spring we decided to have our home inspected in order to get a list of all the things we know we should fix and to ensure the house was still in good shape. One job we knew we had to do was either replace or repair all the windows on our west side. Every one of them had a failed seal and moisture had hazed over the windows. It was very annoying but we were avoiding the cost. Our home inspector, Jack Milne of Tri-County Inspection Co, told us of a company in Warminster called R&R Glass. They will either come to your house (approx. $180/sash) or you can remove the windows yourself and deliver to them (approx. $90/sash). We decided to remove the windows ourselves. If you deliver them before ten, they promise to have them ready between 2 to 4 that day. Always call first to make sure they have a glazer in the shop. We systematically, over a period of three weeks, brought all our hazy windows over to them (7 in all). Everything went according to plan and today we effectively have all brand new windows on the west side of our house for much less money than replacement windows would have cost. Also, we elected to have "Low E" glass installed and there is a noticeable reduction in heat on that side of our house. We are very pleased and recommend R&R Glass to anyone who wants to save money while receiving excellent service and a quality product.

I called R and R after looking at several reviews on Angie's. A technician was sent out shortly (I didn't have to be home since the measurement was taken from the outside of my house). I was given a price after that and an appointment was made for installation. The time frame was 8:30AM, but I got a call at 8:10 that they were on their way. 2 technicians arrived at 8:20 and the job was completed by 8:30. I was overwhelmed with the speed of the installation. The technician inside my home was professional and courteous (I never met the outside guy). The price was exactly as quoted. I would definitely use them again.

Dropped off window by 10 am, had it back late afternoon. Staff was very courteous and professional. Priced fairly. Would definitely use them again. More cost effective way to repair broken seals as opposed to buying a whole new window.
