Description of Work: Set trap for a groundhog. No action the first week. The next week, after the trap had been re-baited a few times, the groundhog was trapped. Called the company and a technician came out promptly and removed the groundhog. No additional activity since. Technician was knowledgeable, explained what the process was and was a pleasure to deal with.
