Newtown Pest Control is flawless in scheduling services and keeping us updated on scheduled services. Danny was GREAT, as always. He treated the yellowjackets nest last week, and stopped by today just to check on it and make sure it was successful. It was. No activity at what used to be a highly active nest. He also explained that there may be more nests around the property and that we should be attentive to that possibility and let him know if any are seen. Thorough and professional again. Thank you!!!

We have been using Newtown Termite & Pest Control Inc services for about 2 years. Our experiences have been positive and they have always followed up as needed. The techs are knowledgable and office personnel are professional. Our service today was attended by Jon who is a subject matter expert in wildlife behavior. He is professional and confident with information regarding rodent and bat behaviors. We discussed next steps. I look forward to getting the potential problem areas fixed.

Quick response to my initial request to treat and remove a hornets nest under the rain gutters. Still waiting for a return visit to remove the nest now that the hornets have been dead for over a month. Signed up for a year’s contract. Will see how that goes.

Manager was extremely rude and called my wife a liar when we told him what we understood of our service agreement. Cancelled service without a refund. Nothing was done. Rip off

The technicians we're professional, courteous, explained their plan did the work cleaned up and left after offering some advice.

They got in touch with me almost instantly after I submitted my request for a quote and arrived that same day. The technician that came out was polite, professional, thorough, and informative. On the day of the appointment the crew arrived on time and again were professional and polite. The work was executed quickly and without fuss and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Tech seemed non professional, didn't bring rat traps. Quoted a high price, said he would email me, didn't to my knowledge.

They just finished last Thursday. It took about a month to get rid of them. It was $200. I gave them a B overall because it was some issues, they took care of it finally, but it took a long time.

Technician no called/no showed for appt. no messages have been returned, nobody picking up the phone. Not sure if this is a real company?

It has been about a year since, but I was unaware that they were listed on Angies list until today. If I had know I would have posted this sooner. They finished the treatment in one day .They were on time and did a great job. They offered a yearly certification for a low annual fee. We have every intention of taking advantage of that offer but sadly have not received any of the details or documents required to do so.. In all fairness I am not sure if the entire year has passed . That being said I am hoping they will send that info soon. Besides the cost of the original treatment being very reasonable , we were especially pleased to be able to do business with this excellent local company/

So for their service has been stellar. Great communications on scheduling service. Friendly people. Had them out for a quote for flea treatment. So far their service has been quite effective.

It was great. Very friendly and knowledgable. Actually told us not to perform any services now given it was late summer and to call them back in the Spring to reevaluate our situation. Would highly recommend based on this interaction.

When we purchased our home we found many beetles & spiders in the basement storage spaces. Before we moved in we cleaned those spaces thoroughly and decided to have the house professionally treated for bugs. The guys from Newtown Pest came right over, sprayed the entire home and said that if we notice anything in the next few weeks they would come back free of charge. Happily we didn't see any more bugs or spiders, and have maintained a regular quarterly maintenance schedule with them. They are very flexible in terms of scheduling and provide a reasonable window...... A local business with fair prices and friendly service. We've recommended them to multiple people and look forward to a continued business relationship with Newtown Termite & Pest Control.

Great - I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. Time slot for arrival was 4-6pm and they arrived at 3:40pm. They were here for about 30 minutes. Ants were dead the next day and haven't had any since. Thank you so much! Would definitely use them again and would refer to anyone needing pest control!! Very professional!

There were a few minor issues that we worked out. I understand they must have made a mistake but I think they should have eaten the mistake. They should have taken care of that, since they advertised incorrectly. We're pleased with the work. We haven't had any problem with the carpenter ants since they treated it. We were glad that they did it but felt they should have honored the deal. We were pleased with the guy who came. He spent a lot of time spraying the area and we haven't had a problem since. July 2015 The owner called and we discussed the issue of the pricing of the Big Deal. The Big Deal as stated on Angie's List did not mention any exclusions. The owner was very nice and he agreed to reimburse us the cost of the carpenter ant treatment. Great resolution.

Very good job. Have signed annual agreement with them.
