excellent service. immediate response and worked around my schedule to set up free estimate. worked with me for a few days to review various options, and helped me to understand various options I did not need. they were even able to take a picture of my current garage doors I sent electronically and adjust the picture to allow me to see what different doors would actually look like on my house using my pictures. that sealed the deal and I was able to see exactly what the end result would look like on my house. also, very (immediately) responsive to my calls and emails. ant the product is great, end result looks very good. ask for Ryan. he was extremely professional and responsive, but they all were, no matter who I spoke with.

Our cars were trapped in the two-car garage when the spring on the garage door opener snapped, and the heavy door was too heavy to be manually lifted. We called McBrothers and a technician was at our house about half an hour later. He put a temporary fix on the spring so that the door operates but warn that we should use the door sparingly until a new replacement spring can be installed. The technician measured the gauge of the spring and we were told that they do not have the exact size in stock. The regular order is expected to be delivered in two days. However, we were scheduled to leave early that day for an extended vacation and I do not want to leave our cars outside when we were away. I explained the situation to McBrothers and they found a creative way and went out of their way to get a hold of the replacement spring for me the next day. Another technician came to replace the spring late morning the following day and we left for vacation with the cars safely stowed in the garage and with peace of mind. I will recommend this company to everyone.

I choose three companies (2 from Angie's List; 1 from local publication and well known) and called for quotes. McBrothers responded first and set up appt to come out to my home. Very impressed with Ryan. He was on time, knowledgable, professional and friendly. He explained exactly what we needed to know in order to ease us thru the decision making process. He emailed me a quote in a timely manner. Based on quotes, and my comfortability, we choose McBrothers for the job. The day of the job the two installers arrived on time, introduced themselves, and said how long the install would be. The job went perfectly. They left my garage in perfect order and even checked and oiled our garage door opener. I wish McBrothers did more than overhead doors! I have to say everything from Ryan's sales call to give an estimate to Jimmy and Chris and their installation to Rick for his persistence to get a hold of me to fix a few things after installation. 100% professional--awesome company. This is the first Angie's List review I've ever felt compelled to submit, but this company deserves a recommendation. About two weeks ago, I submitted an email request to 3 companies for garage door service, expecting to hear back within 24 hours for non-emergency service. One of the companies never responded, (and yes, they were a top-rated Angie's List company, and another company did respond within 24 hours, but McBrothers responded within a few hours, which gave me a favorable impression right away. I explained that due to our work schedules, we needed to set a specific day and time for the work, and they gave us their word that they would meet our schedule. As with a lot of vendors, they prefer to give a window of time, such as "between 1 and 3 PM, " which was agreeable to me. However, due to a work emergency of our own on the day of repair, we needed to fix a firm time, and the person with whom I spoke on the phone made that happen for us. We were so appreciate of their consideration, we want to publicly thank them. Their technician who spoke with us on the phone was able to give us an educated "guess" about our problem, and a rough estimate of the repair. When their repairman arrived, he was professional, courteous, and really knew his way around our garage system. He figured out our problem, made the repair, and cleaned up any debris he created. The repair and cost were within the rough estimate his colleague had given us via phone call, and was commensurate with the other vendor's estimate. So, why did I choose McBrothers over the other vendor? Because of their prompt response to my email. Because we actually spoke on the phone with someone who knew what we were asking, and could speak intelligently with us to make an appointment and get the work done in a prompt, efficient manner.

These guys were fantastic. When one of our safety coils snapped , it damaged the bracket. They came out immediately and on time. They evaluated everything, fixed the bracket, which required reinforcing the joist it was attached to, replaced the components, and showed me how to care for the springs. A month later, the ancient opener died as well. Again they were out with great pricing and great service. Highly recommended

Great job! Ryan responded to my call and came out to do an estimate. The replacement panels were ordered and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The installer was friendly and worked quietly and efficiently. He took away the old panels. The garage door looks brand new. I chose McBrothers based on reviews on Angie's list and I'm glad I did!

They were clean, fast, and professional. They took their time and explained everything to me. There was a problem, I called them back and they came back to fix the problem. They apologized. There was no mess left. The door is very quiet. They honored the Angie's List discount even after I paid for the service, which I really appreciated.

All I can say is WOW!!!!! Absolute Excellence From start to finish. These guys were AMAZING!. Ryan came out to quote everything out, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, respectful, came on time & explained everything that I needed & why. He even suggested keeping items that I'm sure others would've claimed I needed to replace. After meeting him, I didn't even bother getting a second quote & scheduled the work right away. Aamir & Chris came out within a couple days & worked their rear ends off making sure everything was absolutely perfect. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. They too went above & beyond to make sure the doors operated perfectly, and MAN do they work perfectly. The doors work better than they've EVER worked. They even left my garage cleaner then it was before they came. These guys are truly THE BEST!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them to any & everyone.

McBrothers was FANTASTIC! On time for their call, they were completely professional, easy to work with, and knew exactly what they were doing. We recently moved into a new home and there were a few concerns over the garage doors. McBrothers answered all our questions, fixed all our of problems, and were not pushy or unprofessional in trying to upsell us. Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

My garage door stopped working. I called McBrothers, based on Angies List Reviews. They came out promptly to diagnose the problem and then came back to replace the opener. They did a great job, and were very professional.

The two men arrived promptly as scheduled and began work immediately. They replaced the old garage door parts with new ones and made sure everything was operating correctly and smoothly. They were here for about forty minutes and I am pleased with the work they did.

Service was excellent. Price was most acceptable. They are an excellent company to work with. The service call went very well and I recommended them to another location and they were also very satisfied with the services provided.

They arrived promptly as promised at 7:30 am Monday morning with a smile on his face ready to diagnose the problem. He diligently worked for the next 2.5 hours and made all three doors run smoothly. We will happily have them back again but the repair was so through that I doubt it will be soon.

We initially contacted McBrothers in 2014 to purchase an insulated garage door. We spoke with Ryan who came out to measure and brought samples of door panels. Unfortunately, we were not quite ready to make the purchase, but Ryan would follow up with us every so often and was very polite and understanding when we told him we were not ready just yet. Then in February 2015 our garage door opened stopped working so we decided it was the right time to replace everything. I immediately called Ryan back and by coincidence he had just been going over some of his files and ran across ours. He made an appointment to come back out and measure again just to make sure his original measurements were correct. We live in an HOA and the door and windows need to match all others in our development. Unfortunately, the company whose door we picked did not offer windows that matched exactly. Ryan checked with other manufacturers and kept me informed of his findings. He eventually found a company that made the type of door and windows we needed. The installers came at the appointed time and were very professional. We are very happy with our purchase and want to thank Ryan for coming to our house several times to drop off door samples and for working until he found a product that worked for us.

Called McBrothers yesterday evening when garage door broke. Scheduled repair this morning. Aamir, came on time, was very professional, and did a fine job.

They made two visits. The first to diagnose the problem, the second to install the new spring. Both visits the technicians were on time and professional. They did the work efficiently.

Two guys arrived within the scheduled time frame. They looked over the garage and said they would be about a half hour. They pretty much replaced all the moving parts as related to springs and bearings, and lubed up the rest. The garage door opens and closes like new. The guys were professional, informative, and finished before the thirty minutes of estimated time. Would highly recommend, and would call again for service.

We got many quotes, and McBrothers was punctual, friendly, competitive in pricing, and efficient! We are happy with the results of the work done, and would absolutely recommend McBrothers as a top notch company.

Highly recommended! Called yesterday and left a message. Got a prompt call back from the owner (?) Explained the problems with my door and said I thought I needed their $275 refurbishment. After asking quite a few questions, the owner said he didn't think the $275 service was the right one; he thought the $175 version would work. Who does that? I was amazed. I said I wanted to proceed, and he said that the scheduler would call back to schedule the work this week. In a few hours, the scheduler called and assigned me a slot between 11:00 and 1:00 the next day. The guys showed up promptly at 11:15 - very friendly and polite. I showed them the door, and what my concerns were and they got right to work. Changed everything - basically put in all new working parts. They even lowered the brackets which had been put in incorrectly by Sears some years ago. It functions like a new door now. I'm telling all my neighbors that they are the ones to use. I will definitely use them to put in a new opener next year when I replace the one for the second door.

I ordinarily get suspicious when I see a provider's review -- even here at AL -- with so many A's in it. But after dealing with McBrothers, I suggest AL needs a new classification for providers like McBrothers: A+++. Technician got here on time, carefully examined the door itself and the lifting assembly, told me -- and pointed out -- all the bits that needed replacement, gave me an exact price and got right to work. In roughly 90 minutes, he had this cranky old garage door gliding up and down more smoothly than it ever had done before, and more quietly, as well. These folks really know their business ! Their sticker is now firmly plastered on the garage wall next to the control switch. Not just for future service and repair but for a new door when it's needed. A great company to do business with.
