Chris was prompt and a great guy. Got right to work on swapping out the opener. Included servicing the door for smooth operation. Explained everything he did when finished and how to setup for the app. Had an issue with the obstruction sensors, turns out it was just placement of the sensor that receives the light beam and how the sun hits the front of our house. Spoke to Chase and he came out and flipped the sending/receiving sensors to the opposite sides of the garage door and problem solved. Great company, highly recommend.

Ryan at McBrothers got back to me first thing in the morning after I'd left a message the night before. I had received another quote for two Carriage style garage doors that was much higher than anticipated and was looking for a second estimate. Ryan came out that day, measured the doors and got back to me with an estimate by the next day at the latest. Their price per door was over $500 less per unit than the competitor and their price for the garage door openers was $75 less per unit. The garage doors were exactly the same and the openers were actually an upgraded model compared to the other quote. The ordering process was smooth and took about 2-3 weeks. Kyle and Chase came out and installed the doors with no problem in one day. The doors look fantastic and are some of the quietest garage doors I've ever heard. Would highly recommend McBrothers.

The installation went great and completely hassle-free. The technicians came in for an inspection and quoted a reasonable price for replacing my garage door opener. They were able to complete the install immediately.

We removed two 20 year old garage doors and installed two new garage doors and garage motors. We were very pleased with the quality product selections to meet our budget, their honest advice, and professional installation!

The tracks were bent and it needed to be straightened. It literally took a couple swings of the hammer. The technician also recommended that I replace the wheels. He lubricated and made sure everything was secure. I did have work done from them previously where they replaced the motor. My garage has never ran so smoothly. I am so happy I called them. They seem very honest, and extremely reasonable in price.

Both times they were great to work with. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. In fact, when a couple minor difficulties cropped up with the opener, they were very responsive, and quickly came back to fix it without any resistance or irritation you often see from contractors reluctant to come back once they think they've finished a job. McBrothers didn't install the garage door originally. Another Angie's List company did. But they were neither easy nor pleasant to deal with. And they were more expensive. We called them first when the spring broke. They said they couldn't come out for several days, and the price they quoted was ridiculous. McBrothers came out the day we called them, and their price was much more reasonable.

There were two visits due to ordering a custom part. The office staff and technicians were courteous and responsive.

Problems solved. Reasonably priced.

Wonderful - their repairman called and came to the home. Did a great job replaced both springs. I would recommend again.

Team arrived on time and worked quickly. There are a few minor issues but McBrothers were more than anxious to address them. They even sent someone out to help with our wireless issues which they didn't really need to do.

Ryan came out to the house March 28 and followed up with his proposal March 29. I signed the proposal March 30; the work was done April 10. The door looks and operates great. I'm very satisfied. I'm glad I chose McBrothers!! They truly deserve my "A" rating.

Ryan came to the house for an estimate. He explained options and prices. We made our selection, ordered our door and made deposit. 4 weeks later, The 2 man installation team arrived 1st thing in the morning, installed and tested the door. The door is awesome and works perfectly. I would defiantly recommend.

Couldn't be more pleased. Communicating with McBrothers was easy - the phone is answered by a knowledgeable person, not direct to voice mail. I insisted on Craftsman openers because of my experience with them, and McBrothers installed them with no problem even though that's not the brand they sell. The installer (Alex) arrived on time, worked efficiently, and removed the old parts. I couldn't be more pleased.

Chris arrived on time at 7:45 am. Removed the existing door openers and replaced the hangers, the inside remotes and the outside keypad. He tested everything to make sure it all worked. These new Liftmaster openers connect to the internet so they can be operated remotely from your cell phone. Belt driven and super quiet compared to the old Genie chain drives they replaced. I can only hope they stay trouble free as long as the ones they replaced. Easy connection to the Homelink system in the cars. I did find it a bit confusing getting the Liftmaster MyQ app set up on the iPhone. Messed with it for about an hour until I got it to work. Within 2 1/2 hours, Chris was finished, cleaned up and gave me a lesson on how it all worked. The price seemed to fall in line with Angie's published price range. All in all, I was pleased with McBrothers and would hire them again.
